Watching that bottle collapse is impressive! I’ve not used that style of nipple, we use Prichards and the ball valve prevents that. That nipple reminds me more of a calf bottle, and I see how for a larger herd they would be more efficient.

I used to sit on a chair with kid on my lap across my legs or with their back to my chest. I fed many lambs and kids like this. I wd hold their little jaws in my left palm up hand and offer the nipple/bottle w my right hand. Once I got the nipple placed, I'd gently pinch those little mouth corners w my left thumb and pointer finger to seal off the corners. All this until they learned of course!

My bottle baby gets beat up but he is still young ... Only 6 weeks. He sits in my chair when im in the house lol.... Tonight i say him thinking about challenging the other animals ... He got bold with the baby sheep while i was in thier pen giving water lol ... The sherp are a good week or 2 younger, and so they havent figured out play yet lol and he felt big lol. It was the first time ive seen him try to be a goat lol

The horn shape on your mature bucks is awesome. Is this natural to the breeds, or because of a cross? I’ve saw other Alpines and Oberhaslis elsewhere, but the straight back curve isn’t something I’ve seen much of.
