      Italian and KIA are pragmatic openings for white, with Italian make sure you understand the queenside play in those positions. In the KIA, you get a solid position where you need to find the correct places to strike. With black, e5 is always good and solid against various lines ~ best by test. Against d4, there a lot of fun systems, try out the nimzo indian or the bogo indian

    Chessly 2.0 is awesome Levy. Have restarted the Caro course for the 3rd time now, after starting it twice on Chessly 1 and not finishing it, and this time I feel motivated to get to the end. The study, followed by the immediate drill of the each variation is much easier to follow. I always do a drill shuffle at the end of each chapter. It's hard as some of the lines are pretty long, but it's much more fun to learn now! Also, the subscription and full access restructure is very smart. I'm excited to start other courses once I finish the Caro one!

    I finished the first two chapters on Chessly. Levy makes the Grunfeld extremely fun and approachable for intermediate players. After learning the exchange variation, I watched one Danya speedrun video on the Grunfeld where he playing against a 2240 opponent and says "The Grunfeld is really not all that popular under the master level. One of the main reasons is that is requires tremendous levels of memorization. It's one of the hardest openings to learn. It's the Chinese of openings. It's like a completely different system of ideas and concepts". To be able to take an opening like that and make it at least fun to play for intermediate level players is a gift. Thank you Levy.

Truly, investing has changed my perspective on how one can succeed in life; working multiple jobs isn't the optimal way to attain financial freedom and unfortunately, we discover this later in life. Currently earn as much as 10 grand weekly and this has improved my financial life. Great piece!

    I've been playing the Grunfeld since forever. Main problem when getting up in strength is the level of theory necessary to know for not dying in the opening. But below Master level, it's really solid.

    • @thuroria7631
      @thuroria7631 หลายเดือนก่อน

      That's impossible, because you have Bxc6 check and you fork the king and the rook(assuming exchange variation, which is the main line).

    Oh no I hope Grunfeld can be kept as a secret against d4 as intermediate since it got the reputation as theory heavy. The downside is white has quite a few variations but the lines are concrete so it really help by knowing things from black side.
