Yes it is trailer or tongue jack choice, I use three trailers on my rangers, no issues like that. What about driving them? RPM in each? That 2000 more in the kawi will get old.
I’ve read they’re geared to low which means the rpm creep is loud. Which would get dull after a long while. I’m looking for quietish over my current ranger midsize
I have the ridge limited ; incredible heat in the cab , you said its quiet , hahaha its stupid loud in the cab. The only time its quiet is at an idle , get on the throttle and wow it sucks and at 5k rpm's the resonance is awful. Yes it revs high! The receiver for the hitch was welded cockeyed and I had to do filing and grinding to get the 2" tube to go in. Just finished up today pulling the seats to install a radiant barrier to knock down some of the heat and noise. Gotta figure out what to do with the center of floor which gets blistering hot. Your review is BS. I see alot of dyna max in my future. The after market is going to love this.
I get the frustration with the trailer but not every trailer puts the jack so close to the end of the trailer which is where I had to stop the video seems like you want the kawasaki to be better
30k plus, and Polaris couldn't figure out how to make a better hitch on a machine that they have been making for years? That would be a deal breaker for me. I'm glad you guys gave us viewers a heads up!
Thanks very much for pointing out the hitch problem with the Polaris Ranger . I pull multiple types of trailers on my farm with my ATV. Thinking of upgrading to a SXS and will choose the ridge because of the great hitch location alone.
The stop sale is only on the 2024 Mule Pro 1000 models and not on the Ridge or any other Kawasaki products, and that will be resolved soon. Take Polaris's stop sale history vs Kawasaki's, huge difference as Polaris has had a stop sale on more than 1 model line dang near every year for the last decade or so. They are man made and no one is perfect, but Kawi is the cream of the crop on build quality and reliability with that 3 year warranty that is no joke either.
@p.t4769 there is no stop sale on the Ridge, if they are not selling it has to be all on them for some odd reason. There is only a "Factory Direct Modification" on only the Ranch Edition, and it is just a single nut, no stop sale. Only the 24 1000 FX/FXR/FXT models have a stop sale till Kawasaki gets the dealers the fix for them.
I hear a few complaints from in cab noise, revs high which wpuld het DULL on long rides. They stole the shocks from the Mule parts bin, so nothing new there. I was gung ho for this machine but the more I look into it the more I find I disappointment. Also you get less on this hvac machine than you do say on the defender, and the ranger seems to think they've cornered the market and ask a premium, which is a turn off as a consumer.
Huh? He literally said this many times throughout the video…. They’re not the same. The basics of the machines are though - which is what was tested. Stop whining you sound like sleepy Joe!
I agree with you. I’ve got a 2016 Polaris 570 full size. And I don’t like the fact that the receiver hitch sits too far under the bed of the machine
Yes it is trailer or tongue jack choice, I use three trailers on my rangers, no issues like that. What about driving them? RPM in each? That 2000 more in the kawi will get old.
yes it does ; really makes you want to change gears
the motor has tons of power ; what do you think of clutch changes for less rpm
@@larryswerdloff1317 we have the fix for that and makes it a crawler!!
The kawi will outlast a Polaris hands down
Kawasaki 3 year warranty standing behind their product is a win to me.
Thank you for a definitive answer! Too many reviews leave you with more questions than answers 👍🏼
Wish the Ridge was available in a crew

Still quiter than the Polaris or Can Am. No way any of these machines should be this loud inside the cab considering the cost.
Much be your first UTV, they are all noisy and hot inside LOL.
my yamaha x2 850 is really quiet and no heat in cab mind u the cab is open.lol
My can-am is very quiet in the cab, glad to hear this info on kawasaki

Kawasaki has an electric assist ram for the bed as an option just like on the Polaris Ranger 1500 xd

I don’t understand why Kawasaki uses the 92 hp version in their “flagship” limited hvac instead of the 116 hp in the XR.

I have owned Kawasaki mules fxr will never buy another Kawasaki got a can am defender what a great machine
Great review. Thanks
You can't go wrong with either machine
Wait, what? I thought Poolaris paid for testers opinions. Did the go cart engagement belt blow up of the Ranger?
We need a top speed test! Or race! Yes it's important.
The Kawasaki on no sale right now, my dealer can’t even sell you the one off there floor😱, hate to knock it I love Kawasaki motors

Not according to my dealer, have 2 new ridges up there they won’t sale

@@HesterEditionWhat’s wrong with the Mule 1000’s????
Kawasaki all the way 👍 it will definitely out last any Polaris... Polaris are junk 💯

The Ridge has more shock travel than the Mule shocks.
I have owned both the Ridge is all around better machine
Comparison is a low end ranger xp in Comparison to kawasaki top model. This is a poor Comparison and basically a cheap shot Biden move.
