Might be a bit of an overreaction but the Kid needed to be taken from them since the Father didn’t even give the Plaintiff a chance to get out of the Car before getting violent. If he’s alive and good now, then that Boy is lucky because even Judy should’ve called Social Services and one look at this Video and that will be all they need. I’m just confused on why that didn’t even cross her mind in the Video given that she was a Judge and used to work for a Family Court. Now that I actually think about it, they told the Kid to lie, and also wouldn’t it make more sense to pull your kid rather than push them? The defendant was definitely in the wrong but the planttiff was also not completely honest. In the hallway he stated that he had never seen the child ever, then he turned around and stated that the child was wearing all black that night. Which is it? If he knew what he was wearing then he had to have seen the child. I also don't believe that he has never seen the defendant before. If he drives on that road everyday I find it hard to believe that he has never seen these people outside their home. He needs to slow down and be grateful that he didn't hit this child, his broken nose would've been the least of his problems. They both need to think about how they treat others and control their temper and speed.

The plaintiff's girlfriend was not there so she can say only what she thinks not what she knows. As for the boy I believe him. As for the comments about being coached, I do not think so. All of my children at his age were mature for their age and would have been able to do the same thing.

Let's say the plaintiff did drive recklessly and almost hit the defendant's son. Then why wouldn't he just keep going rather than stopping and rolling down the window to be punched by that big angry defendant? I don't find the plaintiff's good Samaritan explanation credible, so what would be his motivation for stopping? Maybe the plaintiff thought he had to stop because he did do something serious, e.g. ran over the son.

Both are in the wrong homeboy was speeding and the dad was being a papa bear. Idk how some people are raised but when you mess with parents kids you have to deal with the parents. Yes it wasn’t right to punch him but also he shouldn’t have been speeding. I don’t care if you say I’ve never gotten a ticket before etc etc it’s cause you weren’t caught. The kid was parroting the parents. And not very well. The mother said she PUSHED her kid out of the way, the kid said he was in the road goin got his dad, and he ran across to his dad. SO who's lying the mother of the kid? I am surprised Judy did not point that out. The plaintiff is more is more believable, than the BS the parents are spouting. And the look on the defendant when Judy started asking about his history, looked like he was about to run up and punch her.
