If she was having financial difficulties she should have waited and sold the car to somebody who could pay the whole purchase price. Seriously this doesn't happen in the UK, I have never heard of anybody doing a private sale with installments. If you have to you get a loan from the bank and pay the full price to the seller. WTF Is with people in the US acting like banks and repo companies??

Was the Defendant just sitting around dwelling on what the car was doing and where? She couldn't handle not knowing, so she broke out the windows and repossessed it all so the Plaintiff couldn't have it anymore😂? Sick.
