Some family members are greedy after a love one dies but never there for them when they are alive so ridiculous... everyone please try to have a will because it's you're money and your property.
AND make sure a lawyer or someone has a copy of it, because a relative is guaranteed to raid the deceased persons house, and if they find a will.. it will vanish mysteriously if it doesn't benefit them. (happened when my grandma passed away one of her kids raided her house right after being notified she passed, while other family was at the hospital.. real winner.
My father made it VERY clear to me that when children fight over inheritance, they greatly DISHONER their parents. I would sign away hundreds of thousands of dollars before I would dishonor my parents by fighting over their possessions. There were some things that I wasn't comfortable with about how the inheritance was handled, but I would NEVER EVER stain my parents memory by fighting over it.
I'm not trying to be rude but I have to wonder if you watched the video, the case isn't as simple as that. The stocks belonged to the grandfather and was suppose to be a part of the sisters/father's inheritance. The siblings didn't know the stocks existed. A third party company contacted the daughter about the stocks, but the stocks didn't solely belong to the father. The father would have only been entitled to a portion of those stocks as part of his inheritance, not all of the shares.
Ladies and gentlemen, I know it can be morbid but just take the time to write out a Will, or at the very least write up a list of accounts so your loved ones know where things are.
There’s absolutely nothing morbid about this. It’s wise. The more and more a person comes into money they will realize this. Now whom you leave it to is a totally different story 😂
Good grief - 33% of $10,000?? Y’all are busting your family apart for peanuts, ladies! Nothing says greed like Mom and Dad not spending every penny on themselves.
@ Yes, and this made it so much worse. I hope the aunts have children to care for them in their dotage, because they sure don’t have a niece they can depend on - all by their own hands.
Honestly this hurts because family can be separated 💔 due to this like money and money is greedy. This hurts 💔

i agree, luckly when my mother died we handed her will over to a company who does such things, after about 1 year after she passed on, the man contacted us and said everything is sorted out, he wants our banking accounts , three days later money was paid in, we never argued about anything, each got a third of the money in her account plus other savings,
I recently saw an interview with JJ where she condemned mixing entertainment and the court (in regards to the Mendez bros), I lost a bit of respect for her bc she is THE QUEEN of entertainment and court.
If people do not believe that humans are naturally selfish and narcissistic only have to watch what a family does when a person with a couple of bucks pass away in the family. It’s entertaining and sad at the same time.
Going through something similar. My parent passed & no one wanted any interest in the house & it was not locked down legally. I’ve been laying the bills on the house to keep it afloat for the last 4 years. Well I’ve become unemployed & it appears my cancer may have come back & the house payments are in arrears. I’m almost sure my surviving family is waiting to see if I’ll sell the house so they wouldn’t entitled to a portion though no one was willing to help in the up keep with bills. I’m considering just letting the state take the property & do what they want to with it. Have aging parents it’s like arm twisting to try & get to take care of all of this before they fall ill. My parent was a handful to try & get just to do it. Once the dementia kicked in all bets were off.
I grew up in Lake County (not Gary) which includes Gary and other surrounding towns. Gary used to be a beautiful place. It is right on Lake Michigan. In the late 70s it started to go downhill. Gary had a very crooked mayor. He ruined that town. It’s an absolute craphole now and has been for decades. You can buy a home in Gary for 3k. It was the murder capital of the US for about 10-15 yrs 90’s-2000’s. Chicago has replaced it.
People only care when/if something happens and only know you if/when they need or what something. They're lucky they each got $10,000.00. My Mom and I didn't get anything when my grandma died, but we didn't go on national television in front of millions of people and make fools of ourselves.
If his sister's Including himself (brother) got part of dad's money that was split when their dad passed, why are the sisters now after the brothers money now that he died? Their $10k wasn't enough? Money always brings out the greed in people when they want a piece of it.
@ obviously well enough that she felt comfortable enough to come back to steal money that didn’t belong to her. You see his sisters were helping to take care of him so he couldn’t have been that bad. It sounds like the only bad person is the daughter.
Legally without a will everything goes to his next of kin which is his daughter and it doesn’t matter that she didn’t take care of or visit him the law states it goes to his daughter.
She talks about death so callously now, it's disgusting, i hope someone talks about her Father's death the same way she talks about death when it's someone else's loved ones.
I really appreciate your efforts! A bit off-topic, but I wanted to ask: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
I cannot stress enough no matter how wealthy or poor you are, HAVE AN UPDATED WILL EVERY 5 YEARS. I’m only in my early 20s but have some investments in stocks. I have a very basic will like who will get my portion of my inheritance from my parents if I pass before them, who will get my stock options, and who/where my items will go (I.e. nice coats, jewelry, etc.) life is precious and the last thing I’d want is family/friends making assumptions on what my wishes were and fighting over monetary things.
i just spent xmas alone, i have 2 grown kids', who are not bothered with me, i never did them anything they are just both selfish and wrapped up in there own lives', it hurts, i have decided my house, savings that i had for them is all going to my favorite charities,
You should reconsider. The charity doesn’t care about you either: become homeless. The charity has administrative fees. Your children care more about you than charity.

They really in court to sue their niece over a measly $10,000 after her father passed how sad and pathetic family ain’t nothing nowadays
But if it’s not rightfully hers. I don’t blame them. It seems the stocks belonged to the aunts father.
I'm not trying to be rude but I have to wonder if you watched the video, the case isn't as simple as that. The money wasn’t entirely hers to take because the stock belonged to her grandfather. She is only entitled to her father’s portion. She is pathetic.
33% of $10k but it seems like they sick or her anyways more so than the money issue
$10K is not measly to me, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Any amount of money is wrong to take family to court over, this is absolutely petty.
Ladies and gentlemen, I know it can be morbid but just take the time to write out a Will, or at the very least write up a list of accounts so your loved ones know where things are.

I read the title as fighting over “sock” and was disappointed that was not what this was about.
That would have been hilarious
I'll take things that never happened for 200....
Omg so did I 😅
Funny...😅
😂
All I have to say about this case is get your Estate Planning in order…
I have an aunt who is an ambulance chaser. She will fly ✈️ all over the world to collect deeds and retirement accounts all the way 😒🤦🏽♀️😭
Sounds like an interesting movie plot.
🤭
There's always one in the family. 😂
That's not at all what an ambulance chaser means.
@@malvane8061 Yeah, dead people don't need ambulances. I dunno the correct term, something like "will chaser"
Why is the sister's fighting over their brothers stocks...smh
It was the Grandfather's Stock
Wow they're crazy. Man's been dead for so long, the niece finds a piece of money now everyone wants it.
She’d been better off just going to her grave with the secret.
Shout out to the handsome gentleman sitting behind the Plaintiffs🤝🙌
Oh wow he’s delicious 🤤
Dang how sad is that?
I love evereyone in the audience nodding like they have a clue.

have a good weekend lunch crew!

Blue suit; red tie behind the plaintiffs is 🔥🔥🔥

She also said she would vote for Trump 🙁
Murder trial is a lot different than this
@@lorirogers9304 True but, she didnt differentiate
The daughter gets the stock
Which daughter? The stock owner’s daughters are on the plaintiff side of the courtroom.
@anndeecosita3586 no it's the defendants father. The plaintiffs are her father's sisters, so the defendants aunts
THAT ONE MAN IN THE BACK IS SO DAMN DISTRACTING!!! Someone get me his @?!?!?
But he’s giving that “blue steel look”😂😂😂
Why are y'all mad at the aunts for seeking what's rightfully theirs ?

Sue a man with dementia? He didn’t cash in the stock.
Lol ppl fighting over ten racks
I’m only on part 1 but I hope they don’t get the money…
Fun fact- Wills mean NOTHING to the banks. Beneficiaries supersede everything!!
