agreed. Judy's just guessing what has happened again, and picking a side based on feelings. Even though she doesn't condone the punch, she sort of lets him off the hook a bit.
In the '90s, people in small towns thought you were allowed to hit people when they make you mad. Only because of the Internet and shows like "Judge Judy" did people learn what assault and battery was. Now everyone just films you on their camera phone and threatens to post it online.

When there is a grade, many drivers will gun it to get up the incline quickly. I kind of believe the Defendants, that the Plaintiff was hauling 2ss up the "hill". However, they should have called the Police, not punched him. It's only going to cause them more trouble and won't stop the speeding.
@justcogitating she said that they arrived at the hospital at midnight and it spilled over to the next day at the hospital. So it had to be near midnight, right?
I'm trying to figure out how she waved him down if he almost ran them over because would that mean he has already passed them?? And if he was going so fast seems unlikely
I believe him I bet they were fighting who takes their kid out that late at night If you don't like somebody speeding you call the police you don't punch somebody in the face
Meh when I was young there was a crazy man who would scream that I was speeding. He would throw things at my vehicle, scream at me, threaten me. I told my dad (I was never speeding and do not speed in residential areas ever) and he rode with me-I was going 20mph when the dude came out screaming and throwing things at my vehicle. My dad said “stop the car” so I did. That was an interesting stand off. Dude never again came out threatening me again. There are some assholes who speed in residential areas. There are also assholes who threaten people who aren’t speeding.
Pathetic? How? I've been with the same man for 11.5 years and we're not married and have 2 kids. I don't want married nor does he. There's nothing wrong with that. It seems like marriage brings more issues to relationships and the divorce rate is crazy high. If we're happy as is, why do we need a piece of paper to show that? And why spend all that money on one day? Crazy to me. @@citytrees1752
Six years, not married, isn't a bad thing. It's better than 6 years ,5 kids, married, but hate each other. Very few couples that come through the courtroom doors on these shows have been together 6 years and don't have at least one child that neither of them take care of.
Oh good God. Because he got angry and hit him for almost hitting his wife and child .. that makes him a wife beater? 👏 Good job on your absurd analysis 🤦@@stratfordbaby

He would NOT STOP if he thought he was going to be hit in the face. That's OBVIOUS.
She was flagging him down to ask if he wanted to appear on Judge Judy, lol.
Even if going fast doesn’t mean you punch a person! lol 😆

And the plaintiff for attempted murder. He almost ran over a mother and child.
