Just found your channel and have been looking at so many of your lessons. They are so well filmed it's easy to grasp how to do whatever you are demonstrating. And also, thank you for your candor about some of the wellness issues you've been experiencing. It has helped ❤
WOW............how can a nearly 6 minute video be packed with so much goodness and useful instruction??? Thanks so much. Will the Tulip Milliners #1 needle accommodate 3 strands of DMC floss and still go through a #11 seed bead??? My daughter is having a time trying to find a proper needle. She has one that I gave her that works, but neither of us knows what it is.........LOL LOL LOL. It was a loose needle that I happened to have and we auditioned it and it works wonderfully. BUT she can NEVER lose it or misplace it. And you know that needles have a way of doing just that. Great video........and yet another way of doing French knots. Blessings to you.
Oh dear! ❤️😂❤️ I don't know what a #11 seed bead is, but the beads I use are 3 and 4 mm beads. Those have a hole large enough for the Tulips #1 Milliners needle.
@@ArianeZurcher212 Thank you for taking the time to respond. I guess I'll just punt and order some and go from there, right!!!!!!! If they don't work, then we'll have extra needles for larger beads.
Frankly, it never would have occurred to me to add a bead (or two) to a French knot. The texture it creates looks wonderful! I’m curious, though: would it not be easier to have your fabric in a hoop?
Thanks so much for reaching out. I am so used to NOT using a hoop that I rarely do, though I have when making my bullion tendrils: th-cam.com/video/EbTXUrKGCAE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=R1hzhEGTVT5L-R3F But otherwise I don't find them that helpful.
Hi Diane, I'm not really sure what it is. It's not as stiff as canvas, but it's definitely heavier than a regular pima cotton. It also has a less dense weave so it's great to stitch into. ❤️
Just wondering what you do with all of your gorgeous work. Do you sell it, gift it, decorate with it, or keep it in your studio for your enjoyment? I have so many projects I want to try but not sure what I will do with them when completed.

Lindisimo nudo con mostacillas. Gracias
Ariane, Thank you for the demo and info. Is the fabric you are working on a canvas?
