    Out of curiosity, why didn’t you do the ram swap first? I am new to this and was curious of the order you chose.

      Hello, thanks for checking in. The reason is because ram wouldn’t make a difference with speed, it would still run slow as it’s still working with an old mechanical HDD. Solid states will be the main source of performance difference. Ram gives your computer slightly better operations and processing. With more ram, you can run lots more apps at once

    hi man... I'm wondering, What is the model of SSD and the clone app name
    the cloning will copy the windows it self or just the data and if so how you prepare the new ssd before cloning

      one last thing is this ram (OEM SK Hynix 8GB 2Rx8 PC3L -12800S RAM Memory HMT41GS6AFR8A-PB) compatible with it
      ?

      Model SSD is a SSD Crucial 500gb MX500 Solid State Drive 2.5 inch, and the app I used to clone my hard drive is called macrium reflect.
      If the ram is PC3L running at 1600mhz in speed yes it will work.

      Dell does not sell this battery anymore, is there any third party brands u know using good cells, lots of counterfeit and pure garbage cells being used in ebay/amazon scammer batteries

    • @jaystechtips654
      @jaystechtips654  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@fubar4fpvyou are correct, the original batteries for these older models are not made by the oem company anymore. You generally have to be careful on which battery to buy as some will come in decent quality and some will be in poor quality
