Dell Inspiron 5558 thermal paste swap and fan clean. After 4 years of sitting. #dellinspiron15
The temperature in this laptop was extremely high. After a cold boot it immediately shoot’s up to 60-70 degrees as soon as I log into the desktop. After giving it a thermal paste swap and a fan clean. That’s helped the temps by quite a bit. It stays down to 40-50 on a cold boot, only goes up to 60 when gaming.

Hi Can i know, does dell inspiron 5559 compatible for Ddr3 1.5V rams? If i upgrade with 1.5V 2×8G, will it cause to hardware or software malfunctions?
To upgrade the ram for the 5559 or 5558, you need ddr3L ram otherwise it won’t work with the normal ddr3 ram. You will encounter an error message or it just won’t boot.

U can buy them on eBay. I bought one for my Toshiba satellite pro C650 last year as it stopped working. Been all good since

I had 2 other ones which broke down on me. I had one for Christmas in 2015, that worked for a few months and then it decided not to turn off. I then had my 2nd one for my birthday in 2016 and not even a month later it breaks down. Now onto number 3 which is in this video, I’ve had this one since august 2017, works extremely well, battery doesn’t last as long as when it was new.
I don’t have pc and Sony but no problem 😊

Just disable it fully. It automatically stops it when disabled.

It probably can a little bit on low graphics settings at least. It can run Team fortress 2 from steam.

Yeah, had lots of gpu problems. The graphics card got removed a while ago. Then the chassis fan had problems so it overheated a lot.
Since the Philippines likes to start Christmas early, I did have Christmas lights outside.

Oh, lol. I don't use auto updates, I just check them and update my computer manually with a simple click.
Someone who agrees finally… auto updates usually interrupt me. I turned it off and I update manually so I can restart whenever I want. (Btw u know that’s a fake update screen)

I like this piece of tech. And if I own this, I'd keep Windows 7 on it, love to see that Windows 10 machine have good speakers, still.
Yeah this Toshiba satellite p750 is a pretty beautiful laptop, comes with lots of features in windows 7, but it does slow your computer down. It’s got a tv tuner card in it.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I installed 7 on a ‘puter I have and I was worrying about the product key crap. Now I can no longer worry!!! Update: ‘Puter said im a victim… im worried… i mean, MS hasnt sold or supported win7 in years (abandonware) so will i be ok?
Well depends, what do you plan on using windows 7 for? If it’s just basic stuff then you should be ok, if it’s lots of online related things, I do not recommend it

Omg thank you it took forever for me to find this! I literally tried to activate Windows 7 Ultimate Edition and it would not activate at all no matter what I did. This helped me fix the problem. THANK YOU!
