This video is now 11 years old, and probably hands down one of the best witch DIY tutorials compared to what's out there today. I was looking for something like this but was not keen on making them out of trash bags and tomato cages. This is super simple but produces such a high-quality result. I plan on making one or two for our yard setup. I will be checking your channel for other tutorials. Nice work!!
It really was awful. I thought about taking it down: but I didnt want to loose the views. I have several other Halloween videos. Here is a link to the Halloween Playlist. Thanks for watching. Susan. th-cam.com/play/PLkmL18dg66DtQWL4-cliGTKvamofcbOju.html
lOVE HER!!! Thank You! I collect witches and every Halloween I add a new one to my collection...will be definitely making one of these ...you are very talented. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have been getting feedback that the only hard part is finding a good witch mask. Feel free to post pics or ask questions on my DecoratingMagic FB page. Susan
This is such a great way to make a one of a kind piece. Best way to get into the Halloween spirit, in my opinion. Thanks for the awesome tutorial! I'm inspired to make something that goes bump in the night
Violet, thanks for watching! I have a few other Halloween videos. Here's the link to the playlist. th-cam.com/play/PLkmL18dg66DtQWL4-cliGTKvamofcbOju.html
So glad I have found you! I am going to do decorate this year for Halloween and she is definately on my list. Thank you. I could live Halloween all year round.
I love it. I am starting my decorating props for my second annual halloween party for 2013. i love your witch. I will be checking all of your videos out! Fabulous!
those are awesome witch's and I think they would make a wonderful haunted house attraction with a cauldron with dry ice and a green or what ever color light and a speaker giving off witch's laughter and sounds of the chanting a spell.
Thanks. I set them up outside with the cauldron and dry ice and a green light, sometimes purple, and I use a recording from the Witch scene from McBeth....Double Double toil and trouble. It is fun!
chawee bear The head is a wig form with a mask over it. The hands were just some gloves at a Halloween store. I pinned them to her dress. Unfortunately there are not very many good witch masks out there anymore that aren’t $200
I got it almost 20 years ago from Walmart. It was called a Living Mask; but I dont think they are available anymore. It is think latex or rubber and it came with green and purple paint to paint the face. I Put it over a manequin head which I got at a yard sale. Have you looked online? I just googled and saw several that were pretty good at a decent price.
I got it many many years ago at Walmart. They were called living masks. Every now and then I see one on eBay. There a thin flexible rubber, and you would paint them. This mask is attached to a manikin head
Thanks for the kind words! Search in TH-cam under DecoratingMagic. I have a lot of other How To videos. Feel free to post pics or ask questions on my FB page, DecoratingMagic
I got it from Walmart; but it has been almost 30 years ago. I have not seen any more since . then. I did see one on eBay a couple of years ago. It was called a living mask. You painted the face and added the hair. Believe it or not she still in one piece.
Dry Ice...so easy; but it only lasts a few minutes.. You can use water and food coloring or neon colored sports drinks. Feel free to leave pics or comments on my FB page, DecoratingMagic
Ha ha. I don't have a video; but if you go to my FB page, DecoratingMagic, you will see a picture of a paper mache pumpkin that I made using dryer hose.
