I had to modify alot of this -- I am 340 pounds so I just could not do some of the moves the way they are done in the video. But I did the whole workout so I am proud.

+Heatherly Great. Keep going and please don't give up. I was 150kg and I lost it all. I did weights as well. I also did walking exercises in between and especially when I first started and was very big. I used Lesley Sansone. It is amazing how quickly you get fit. In 3 weeks I was 'out walking' slim but unfit people that I knew, up a steep hill and was not even out of breath while they were gasping. You will be amazed how fast this happens and the weight will keep dropping.
I know. I cut all carbs except green low cal veg and that worked the best for me. It really works and you don't have to count calories just learn portion control. I find that if I need something sweet I would have a protein shake but not immd. I tried instead to not give into that craving and did something else like exercise which made me forget about it. The cravings do go and when you are seeing the weight drop off you naturally do not want to sabotage yourself. If you do go through a patch like that, as long as it is not every week or two don't do the guilt trip on yourself and think well I messed up I may aswell mess up badly. Instead just accept it and then move on the next day. It is all tough but not as tough as our mind tells us it will be which is far worse than reality.
+Cecilia De Rossi Thank you. I am pretty much trying to eat clean as per your suggestion. not to make excuses but I have been compulsively overeating every day for at least a decade - it is the reason I am this weight and it is by far the biggest challenge I have ever had to face.
Anyone doubting the calorie loss of this workout should think again, i wear a heart rate monitor and i burn over 800 calories every session, and when i combine this with an easy weights session after i burn over 1300 calories. The more you put in, the more you burn! Great video
+Toby Robinson your heart rate monitor mite be acting weird because i would only burn 400 calories doing insanity. i honestly think insanity's way more intense than this. just giving my word not starting anything.
I've just completed my first Hiit session. I loved it. I'm a very big girl @300+ lbs and I did it. I struggled with the crab thing... but I kept moving. I'm thrilled and excited. Sweating cobs and bright red, but my God, I'm soooo proud of myself. Your words "I CAN and I WILL" are ingrained in my brain. They kept me going. It pushed me further. Thank you so much. Xx

Good evening coach ,i am from Greece and by accident i watched one of your work outs here in thiw platform ,i am an ammature ordinary athlete ,my basic spot is road cycling ,but also i am doing any kind of work out and i mean strength work out ,cross training ,total body a little bit of running on treademill and of course a lot of walking ,but your work outs are extraordinary and have much of intense ,and today i was doing this one HIIT workout and it was fantastic and i will try to follow your other work outs as well !!!! All this is reallised indoor ,in to my home because of the situation of the virus ,gyms here in Greece and of course all over the planet are closed unfortunatelly
I just finished my two-month's program. I was bordering 61 kg first month. The second month I'm bordering 57-58. My legs are definitely toner and I look lean. I still have some belly fat to burn. I didn't diet or changed my habits as much. If I did, my waistline would probably go down rather than just an inch. Still excellent workout. You can and definitely will. :D
Don't they play fetch with their dogs in America? Because he pointed it out as such a british thing... We sure do here in Germany, but maybe it is an european thing and I'm just not aware of it, although it would suprise me if it were...
I just completed this. OMG was this intense. I have not worked out in about 7-8 years. But the interval training allowed me to do it. I didn't do it perfect but practice makes perfect. Will definitely be doing this again. Thank you for providing this!

i started this program last week and I love it. on day 1 I couldn't quite complete Fire without a break. yesterday I missed fire so today I did it after iron, and managed to complete them both.. it really kicked my butt but I feel amazing!! so glad I started this!!!

Did this workout today! Wowie!!!! It was a perfect workout. Legs on fire, triceps screaming "I can't" and Ricky voice reminding me "I can and I will". I was scared of burpees (always am! Bah) and the crab walks were new but with moderation I managed to complete the entire workout. Too bad I couldn't do the two moves at full effort but there is always next week! Looking forward to the next workout. My eating was baaaaad today but the rest of the week it should be on track. Monday = cheat meal day. Thanks for sharing these workouts for free!!! :)

I did SOLDIER and FIRE today. GREAT workouts! Nicki is really good. I have been doing Insanity, T25 and P90X for almost two years, and these workouts are challenging too!
Just discovered this workout today. At 66 yo and 107 lbs. I was able to do 85% of the moves the rest with the modified moves. However, not interested in loosing weight. I will continue to do it twice weekly. I do other intense cardio workouts also. Thanks. Really love it. Keeps my body young and STRONG!
Fiya...Fiya...Fiya.. that workout was amazing...Crab crawl was a challenge for me....and the pool of sweat was so worth leaving on the floor....Excellent workout!!!! Thank you!!!
Loved this @ 57 I think I lost 10 yrs. However I had trouble with the crawls because my elbows have some issues. Usually I can just push through but it felt like my hand did not want to face back... I managed it anyway but wonder if there is a modification?
Don't know if I could do 31 mins but worth a try. I love doing HIIT workouts as I did them years ago when I was younger but I only did 10 to 15 mins and the results were amazing. I am 60 now and there is no way I could do 31 mins...

how long do you train weights for after this workout?
I think you mean kilojoules. You have to divide by 4 lol. There is no way this burns 800. At most it'll burn 350.
Can't wait to try this tomorrow! I've been working out for 2 weeks now using YT videos. Seriously, who really needs the gym anymore lol.
