Nicky and me have been going "stronger" for 7 years now! I have been using this routine diligently especially during my fat periods when I need to shed fast. And it has worked great!
For all those wondering... this works !! I've seen a huge difference on my body, I have more energy and my arms (my weakest point), my legs are toned !
Does this build muscles? I'm currently 16, 175 cm (5'9) tall and weigh 49kg so my main goal is building muscles and not losing weight. So should I do these workouts? And are there any muscle building workouts I can do that can help me gain some mass in 6-8 weeks? I don't have access to the gym so the workouts have to be bodyweight.

Ishan Phansalkar you'll bulk up a bit, but if you wanna build more this isn't the place

For month 3 you can mix and match the workouts
+louiethemouseful or you can perform the same exercises but using dumbbells ;)
