    Italy, 2020, May. Thank you so much. last week I finally trained as always, but you stayed with me, as a teem, during this long lockdown. I've been closed in my house for 77 days and your workouts helped me to burn calories, to stay STRONG. I think you are the best around. my instructors were very surprised to find in shape. kisses

    should i be concerned about the popping noises i get in my tendons when i move sometimes? i dont know if its tendons but im sure yall know what im talking about.

      I suffer the same. Just don't force your articulations too much or they will start hurting a lot. Try to modify a bit the movements.

      Spring Time I hope you have gotten back into your workouts :-) never give up! I stopped working out for a while, now I am back at it harder than ever and I feel so much better :-)

      Anything that is worth something will require hard work .... don’t give up remember why you started and what you want from this..... do modifications and do as much as you can don’t over do it a little goes a long way until you can do more each time .... keep eating healthier and you will be just fine ....

    Looks like a decent workout but I cant handle all the rehearsed high fives, points to the guy behind her and the "shakin it outs". lol. Love the accent though! :)

    Done. Not really different or more demanding than first month, except for a couple of super awkward moves that I don't like, maybe will get used to them. I prefer fitness blender workouts, you can go as intense and as long as you want but doesn't feel like you're throwing yourself around the living room.
