Hi, Mostly in India, Bison are available, not buffalo. I think always demand is for Indian Bison. any how its purely our choice to eat what we like. 🤝🙏

@@cookandservewithjojijohn Oh I see. But where it is available like Pakistan, I watched people using buff over cow. Is it because it is cheaper or it tastes better? I have seen some famous restaurants using that, so definitely calories/fats may not be criteria. I never tasted buff in India or here. But the steak I eat here is cow. So was just checking what would be reason for people eat buffalo even if they have a choice to order cow beef. ( In India I can understand, it is due to religious reason, cow meat is not allowed)
