Introducing Edric, the Crew Manager for a Specialist Rescue Unit of the London Fire Brigade.
Based out of South London’s Battersea depot, this is an insight into his daily work life including the trusted team he works with. They are the blue collared hero’s that run towards danger as others run away from it.

This guy told lot Billy's bollocks , read up on him , claimed be one of the first at Grenfell , when others stated he didn't arrive until Fire was out ,
Also he resigned before going to serious disciplinary hearing where he was accused of gross misconduct over his unauthorised publishing deal
I'm reading his book and he never claims to be one of the first, in fact he actually emphasises how he wasn't and how he felt that those before him would have had a worse experience

I've read his witness statement - perhaps you should too before gobbing off. I've never ever heard him say he was first.

@@jakehart4903 he lied about fighting the Grenfell fire when he, wasn’t there. Grenfell was a Red Watch job not a Blue Watch job. He also wrote a book about this which contained a lot of lies. He lost the respect from his Watch and was then forced to resign.

it's not a legal requirement when driving
Police and fire are exempt from wearing them
The only exceptions are for the Driver when they're are reversing, or for the Crew to put on their fire gear. Seat belts should be worn.
