It is something that sounds like "shram". Could you please spell it here for us and say where you get it from. You have also mentioned that tumeric powder can also be used in a paste as a fungicide and that you also recommend putting in cinnamon powder. Does that work as well as what you normally use (the shram)?
The fungicide I always use is SAAF (Carbendazim 12% + Mancozeb 63%). It is sold in agriculture / fertilizer shops. I don`t know where you live. SAAF is not available in the USA.

I think they are suffering from scarcity of water.Water the plants daily if the soil becomes dry. Place them in a spot so that they can receive morning sun 4-5 hours and noon day shade if possible.
Plz tell the what to do after cutting caudex.whether v hav to dry it few days?watering technique etc sir

Yes you can only avoid winter (adeniums dormant period ,roots may not appear) and rainy season (chance of infection is high).

It`s a 30 days` update. Roots are not matured enough for the next phase training.

Why u cut off good root?
To get many radial roots.
Is the rootstock came from seeds and how old it is? How about the glue used? Can it be ordinary glue from bookstore?
Yes. One year. It`s fevikwik for instant fixing.
Don't know if there is the same glue you used here in Philippines. :-)
What plastic you used on the roots?
It`s the ordinary plastic cut from bottle cap.
