Best of luck Rob; been following the channel since the days in the room with the white (stable-esque split?) door in the bacground and your journey has been fascinating to me. Wish you all nothing but the best with the new adventures!
Excellent stuff, looking forward to seeing what you guys come out with this coming year, especially as you’re freed up to be more creative with the range.
I've been following your channel ever since you started, and I feel part of the Chapman journey. Very happy and proud of all you have achieved so far! Well done Rob. Cheers from Mauritius!
Thanks for taking the time to explain it Rob. No doubt some stupid comments will follow on this video, but at the end of the day, you're more open than any other sizeable guitar manufacturer. I have quite a few Chapmans in my collection now, but have to say, you've absolutely nailed it with the Law Maker, truly great!
I miss my ML2. Life forced me to sell it when i moved but that guitar taught me everything i know. Thanks so much for your vision. Havent recovered yet but i already have my eyes set on another chapman. Someday.
Thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge with the world .Always ver interested in what you have to say .Good luck with your COMPANY .Ignore the negative react to the positive Jim from midcoast maine.
very excited that you seem to be expanding in scope, you and the team over there have great taste and that persists through the look and sound of your guitars into the awesome look and sound of the pedals, cant wait to see these amps out there and try one
Really cool to hear things are going well. You’ve always made me feel like part of the Chapman family even though I’m just a small time creator! Can’t wait to see what the future holds
Good luck to the lot of ya. It sounds super exciting. I have always been a massive fan. Currently own 8 Chapman's I think. If you'd care to make the SAR63 in matte black. I'll happily have 9. Love you all.
one can see your excitement! hehehe, great to see. congrats ! , you guys deserve it. i’m still having a laugh from crazy funny old Andertons Guitar review videos.. i saw one just this morning. i hope you succeed with this move. cheers from Portugal !
Very exciting news! I have an ML1 from 2017 and its my favorite guitar in the world. So i love to see the company growing wich has made this wonderful instrument. Looking forward to the new stuff you´re up to.
Rob , had a laugh when you said “Really ?”. Thanks for sharing very happy for you and the team. You continue to demonstrate that all things are possible! Best Wishes
The evolution in business has to happen to grow, not just to improve, I'll be watching with curiousity on how this unfolds and hopefully it becomes the next era for the brand.
So awesome! Congratulations 🎉 my next purchase is a cloud hammer. I also really want to try one of your guitars. Maybe someday when the wife goes on holidays without me lol. Cheers from Alberta Canada
I'd like to hear what they sound like. I've got an ML1 pro modern, and a snake oil pedal, so to hear what they'd sound like through that amp would be interesting.
Wishing the chapman brand all the best with the new direction. I’d love to see a video with your opinion on caring for guitars in humid/damp conditions. I imagine living in the UK and now Malta you’ve had to deal with humidity and dampness. Do you really have to worry about electric guitars being on the wall when the humidity fluctuates from 50-70 in the summer and 39-49 in the winter? Or are they more robust than we are led to believe? There is so much conflicting information online, would love to hear your real world experience on the matter.
Im a Dutch guitar player, its exciting to see this happening. and I'm in the market for either a tele or jaguar style that until this id only considered to be a USA one. Who is going to be your Dutch retailer?
@@RobChappers Try to stay away from the Fender dumpers. i recommend Max Guitars and the Fellowship of the acoustics. (dont be fooled by the latter name thats a top notch quality shop worthy of a pelgrimage)
Awesome! This makes so much sense given how the UK has isolated itself and where the market is for Chapman products. I run a (very) small business making picks in the UK and the new EU regs since the UK fucked itself in the ass with brexit, mean I can no longer sell in the EU. Setting up a business within the EU future proofs it do perfectly.
@@sonountalebanit may well be, but when it's your biggest trading partner it's a particularly self inflicted injury for any nation to add impediments to that trading relationship.
@@PaulCooksStuff That depends mostly by EU rules and how their officials acted, which are like an evil burocratic cancer. By the way, I'm Italian and I know very well how EU works, you probably don't have any idea of what you're talking about. interested to understand why, when the large majority of Chapmans have been made in Indo/Korea/India anyway. Not a dig, just curious to understand. Chapman fan here by the way, have a few of them.
To be fair, patriotism is out the window where the uk is concerned. They went all British with the workshop series guitars. A lot of people slagged it off. I bought one, genuinely the best guitar i’ve purchased. People really missing out! The workshop series guitar and my fender custom shop are the 2 guitars I will never sell. Which speaks volumes as to how good it is. But for some reason, when it was released. Most people bitched and moaned before even giving it a chance…. Their loss though!

First! Happy Monday! 😂
Where are the guitars being made now?
Same factory - HMI in Chennai
Is the Chapman Brand going to be at NAMM 2025 ? 🤔
Yes sir
Welcome back in the EU to Chapman Guitars 🎉
Is Dave still at Chapman?
Hey Rob, Never did get an email or response for the amp? What happened? Keep on growing man!
Mail out happens any day now
@ thank you sir. 🔔
So the original ML2 shape isn't coming back is what I'm hearing bummer.
Who said that?
@RobChappers there is hope.
For some reason, "Snake oil" really fits this guy ...!
Many years as a sub. Meat sent at the cliff… am not sure…. All the best Monkey Lord
Break a leg! Brexit made this more likely too. No shame in that. Business gotta adapt to politics.
I don't care much of guitar manufacturers who don't make left handed guitars sorry chappers!
Holland??? What's so special about Holland?
You’ve never been to Holland…
Your subscribers to view count ratio is embarrassing. Not as embarrassing as the "white guy dreadlock durag" look but pretty close.
...and get to the point.
What the world needs more of is extremely basic hard tail guitars for 1200$, fail.
So, the company moved for tax reasons then 😂
No not at all… in fact VAT is slightly higher in Holland
@ We’re not just talking about VAT though are we!
This is actually not exciting at all. Sorry.
I’m excited 🎉
