What an incredibly put together mansion. Exploring the underground was my favourite bit. The landscaping was gorgeous too, just loved watching this video!

The light fixtures in the dining room compliments the furniture. Wine 🍷 storage. Love the pivot doors. The family room and numerous sitting areas perfectly staged. Plush theater 🎭. Mid floor seating and a bar 🍻🍹🍸🥃 🍿🍫🍔🌭🍕. Unique stovetop indeed. Love the butler’s kitchen especially the sink. Love the powder room. Nice and private and not too close to the kitchen. Glass floating bridge , tree 🌳 and water feature. Soooo many nooks with seating areas in and out. “Impressive backyard “ indeed. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a circular pool. My only qualm is the outdoor kitchen not covered. Wait. Another pool and spa? Wow. Gym. Sauna. Massage room. Steam room. Wellness center, laundry, guest bedroom. Bar. Thinking 🤔 of the maintenance on the zen 🧘 area. Huge guest bedrooms. Stunning primary. Concealed wet bar. Balcony. Showcase closets x 2 Neiman Marcus vibes. Glass enclosed water closet is different. En-suite #2 for the lady. Rooftop deck. Unless I missed it, the only thing missing is a 2nd floor laundry. Amazing night views. Outstanding home Jp. Thanks as usual for the tour.
What's a private laundry room(downstairs)? The round pool is really special in the large backyard. The gym is practically empty. The "living" wall is nice but it seems hard to maintain. Good privacy due to the landscaping. The master is really special, especially the walk ins. The glass enclosed toilet is weird. Only one sink in the primary bedroom number #2 bathroom and another weird glass enclosed toilet The top level deck is large. Overall this proper is a 9/10.
I think you should tour the Portabello Estate in Corona del Mar sometime! It's got a beautiful ocean-inspired design, a staircase with a nautilus shell sculpture, a bowling alley, and even a waterslide! I've been wanting to see it ever since I was a kid so it would be cool if you'd have the chance to take us on a tour. :)
I don’t ever post 2 comments on a video but I have to post this second one 😂 Honestly this property is the most amazing I’ve seen and personally love. EVERTHING is just so amazing and seamless. I can’t believe that this mansion is made by a group of designers and builders. I know there are bigger mansions on the channel and other channels that others may say are way better and more fabulous but, for me personally this one although still massive is very spectacular at nighttime and daytime as well. This is the type of mansion you feel a great sense of freedom,privacy peace and tranquility every time you come home.
Lovin' the whole backyard with all features in it, love the floating bridge, the neutral modern yet simple furniture everywhere, love the gym and spa and hot tub and pool features, always essentials in those kinda mansions,the bedrooms and the furniture in them, the primary bedroom with the terrace just perfection, the primary closets with the led lights are marvellous, not to mention the primary bathroom is a vibe, and the roof top to top it all of like cherry on top, couldn't get any better
Very beautiful, versatile and original cinema room. Concept is really amazing and interesting but it probably has greatly compromised acoustics, and the screen was placed too high in relation to the front row sofa.

Did anyone pick up on the amount of security? This may be a lovely home but after talking about so much security and bulletproof doors, I think I'll sit this one out
I've been commenting the same thing for a while. There's a disconnect between the words he using and the things he's describing. He says 6"3' for reference like it's a compulsion. He says "this is the best we've ever seen" in literally every video" which is absolutely meaningless. He seems very uncomfortable with pausing, he's locked in that sing songy cadence. He doesn't seem comfortable showing any of his personality. Which is all a shame because he visually has great content.

The interior of this house is absolutely stunning. The exterior is an absolute mess and not very interesting architecturally. This is often the problem with modern luxury homes. Too many of them are all over the place in terms of design and not appealing. That said, the interior is a dream.
You said you couldn't wait to show us your favourite feature the glass bridge...yet u didn't show us! U just immediately moved on. Intentionally or unintentionally you've locked yourself into speaking with this melodic monotonous cadence and when u find something unique, u don't seem to be comfortable pausing to discuss it. Don't be afraid to show your personality. Remember you're speaking to people who aren't purchasing this house, so they don't need to know everything. The viewer can pause & rewind to see the details, you just need to broadly cover it with some anecdotes thrown in.
Historically, people who buy homes this large only use 10% of the space and wind up closing off unused rooms. I kept thinking of the late Hugh Hefner as I enjoyed this video. He would have known how to use this house! Perhaps a home for struggling porn stars? Anyway, thanks for the enjoyable video. I personally think that nobody needs a home this large……waste, waste, waste! 👽

Lovin' the whole backyard with all features in it, love the floating bridge, the neutral modern yet simple furniture everywhere, love the gym and spa and hot tub and pool features, always essentials in those kinda mansions,the bedrooms and the furniture in them, the primary bedroom with the terrace just perfection, the primary closets with the led lights are marvellous, not to mention the primary bathroom is a vibe, and the roof top to top it all of like cherry on top, couldn't get any better
