How come you never checked end ring gap in the new cylinder. That needs to be checked all the rings. Also why put rings on afther they should be assembled on the bench then installed. Base gasket first then piston.
I have a question for your tech, on most top end builds with big bore kits, a flywheel/crank re-balance is usually required to account for the heavier/bigger pistons, how is the balancing handled?

@@donschultz3207 Good question, I doubt the stock clutch can handle the power/torque upgrade.
Yes, I asked Chris our Tech about your question: The big bore kit is a bolt in application no flywheel or clutch upgraded needed. :)
