Doesn' t work, breaks as soon as it gets flexed in use. The only repair that works long term is to use plastic welding gun and filer material of the same plastic.

Jeder Kunststoff der schmelzbar ist kann mit dem Lötkolben und dem Chromstahl Gitter repariert werden 😇 es braucht ab die speziellen Chromstahl Gitter normale Gitter sind nicht stabil genug 🤔 Es gibt aber auch Kunststoffe die gehen nicht weil sie nicht richtig schmelzen sondern sich beim wärmen zerstören und nicht so zu reparieren sind 😱 Es gibt im Netz ein komplettes Set mit speziellen Lötkolben und Chromstahl Gitter inklusive Zubehör für ca 60€ zu kaufen ( die Gitterchen sind schon alleine Recht teuer und können auch einzeln nachbestellt werden )

Use a sanding block on the edges and the outside surface to get a better, flatter sand out. It will look better under paint.

Why use PS? These panels/covers are made of ABS. You can find ABS along the roads or use Lego blocks ad solve it in MEK or aceton.

After metal mesh, melt plastics into it instead of superglue and styrene - it becomes too brittle and it makes poisinous fumes like a mofo...

Thats a crazy amount of time. Using Evercoat Metal Prep highly pliable, sandable and no pinholes. A quality filler negates the styrofoam and CA.

Just ask for that @ the hardware's. (ATM Poly Putty, in the video, probably two-compnents).
Styrofoam will melt like that with cyanoacrylate (fancy name for super glue.). Most of the time I've seen these repairs done with a baking soda and CA
