I was on the crew that did the carpentey in this house. Probably my favorite of all time. The designer mixed a perfect blend of modern with rustic wood to an absolute T. (Btw, for scale, that ceiling in the basement game room/living room that is all shiplap was 1600 sq ft.... bigger than a lot of houses)

Love the video! This was my favorite home of the parade as well. FYI on price: I spoke with the builder and it cost $400 per square foot, so 13,080 sq ft x $400 = $5,232,000 for the house + $400,000 landscaping + lot price, which he did not disclose. Huge lot though, I’d say around $6.5 million altogether.
Those kitchen faucets are from Waterworks. They are over 5k foe one. 10k for 2 faucets. This house is easily 1500 sq/ft but probably much higher than that.

I am so picky when it comes to homes. I hate the modern look of homes, and feel like many homes aren’t suited for a family anymore. This is PERECT! It’s inviting and cozy. Feels like a place where you are meant to get friends and family together. Not many designers can create that feeling of home I feel like. Kudos

Mr Briggs thank you for reading my comment about how I had missed you only doing the house tour without having a crowd of people. This is silly but I can picture myself in these homes when it’s just you doing the tour it’s so much easier to picture me owning a home someday, it’s helps me not to give up that being said it’s my dream and fantasy when you do these houses tours I just get to escape just for the time being

This house has the coolest features that I haven’t seen in any house tour. Like the spa room and the bmx track. Truly amazing home.
The title of this video should says Gwen this one is for you. Wow! This house is amazing. Everything is amazing. Usually it's just one area or room but Everything? The primary suite is gorgeous and a spa room? Stop it 😊 The bathroom in bedroom three is well 😍 and don't get me started on all the tile work. I like how this house is designed to fit the needs of the owners who seem to be athletic and enjoy sports. Sauna was a nice touch. I guess the backyard is oooh-kay if you are a fan of unobstructed views of mountains 😉 oh and I would love to give a shout out to the garden area. This house has everything!!! Great video

Wow! My favorite part was the spa room! Crazy! Although I thought the roof looked a little interesting and didn’t really match that well.
These Utah Homes are grand! The first time I ever went to UT it was kind of basic. The most beautiful homes were kind of all in Park City, now you pretty much go anywhere and the homes are beautiful but the ones there in Saint George are are magnificent! ❤

Amazing home but I just don't understand the mentality of building it 30 feet from the house next door. If I build a home there's a shooting range in the backyard that I can use at 2am without anyone hearing it, that's a dream home 😁
The essential thing that everyone should be thinking about right now is investing in non-government sources of income. Especially in light of the current global economic crisis. It is still a wonderful moment to invest in gold, silver, digital money, and stocks.

Beautiful home but the two-tone roof makes it look unfinished in a way.
I do not like the three different roofs, it looks choppy. The pool is not very interesting, hope the interior is better. Yes, better, I do love the stove and the pantry is not bad at all.

14,000 ft.² and all you could spare was that tiny bit for a closet in the primary/master bedroom😬! Shame, shame, shame! I had to end the video there☹️
If you ever want to see a uome designed by a man this is it.
1) Too many unneeded sitting areas
2) The living and family room, dining, and kitchen looks like a barndominium.
3) When your butler's pantry has more upper cabinets than the kitchen, there is a problem.
4) The primary bedroom should've had a wet bar, separate sitting area that was at the minimum 15 x 15 with a private patio. The primary should've been 30 X 30 at the minimum, you have 13K+ sq ft.
5) The primary shower had no rainfall shower overhead and a small bench.
6) Baskets with toilet paper on the floor 😂😂😂 is comical and almost understood in apartment, but should be outlawed at this price point.
7) Fiberglass standalone tubs. Fiberglass is hard plastic. Nothing screams cheap than Fiberglass because they are found in mobile homes and apartments.
8) The primary closet, there is no center island that you can put your jewelry, ties, and etc. At this price point you want to the owner to sit on a bench you can get at ikea?? 😂😂 only a man.
9) The materials, the floor is not real wood, that's vinyl flooring which again can be found in mobile homes and all apartments. Also the house has industrial carpet, which is found in apartments and office buildings...everywhere and is the cheapest thing you can put into a home. In the office, there is peel n stick brick.
Yes, it is a big house, but it doesn't matter when you have cheap materials everywhere and the house was sold for millions. Look at the houses around the property..there are sheds and old homes. At a house I am sure they sold for $10M+, I am not trying to live anywhere near where I can smell horse and animal poop all day.

Beautiful home and backyard especially that hill. But nicest ever backyard ???? Almost but not quite. To nail that 10 out of 10 down you’d need a backyard with a few 2-300 year old live oaks framing all of it from above. Think Highland Park in Dallas. Also. The gameroom was a little disappointing in regards to furniture. They can build a 50 million dollar home but the pool table looks like it’s from Walmart. Or Wayfair. They shoulda spent at least 20K on that piece. It is a gameroom after all. Same for the cards table. And the tv wall should be just that. An entire wall for movies. Minimum 120 inch. Micro led or even projector. Also the sauna looked out of place. It belongs in the spa since it requires a shower and is a wet experience. Or just put spa and gym in general closer to each other. The gym equipment itself was also disappointing. I mean your gym is the machine that builds the machine. You. I would love to know how much art and sculptures they are planning on having because the white black yellow pine theme is starting to get boring. They all look like the same house.
