Here's a quick question.
Arma limitless....you got 2 power systems, which would you choose and why?
1st system Max 5 with 1100kv Hobbywing.
2nd system, Spektrum 160a With Spektrum 1250kv.
Would love to hear your opinion.

This was a great video. I really appreciate the information. I only wish in your description that you had links, and an overall price layout for the build. It's usually one of the first places I go and hope there are time stamps and a list of everything so it can help me research getting this myself. Just because I can copy paste for one, and two that everything is spelled correctly. Some of the names of the RC stuff is hard to get the spelling from the spoken word itself. Keep up the great work I subscribed. Almost 300 now!!

Im going to be building a limitless with spektrum 150a esc and 2050kv Felony motor on 6s. I'm doing it for the same reasons as you, would mine be about the same speed as yours?
A much more budget friendly radio/transmitter would be the Dumborc X6, insane range and speed, only $42 on amazon.
I am doing a Simi build with the stock 6s system. Do I need a cap pack?? I noticed you don't have one. I don't think. Thanks man
Hey man good luck! I cap pack can’t hurt but I’ve never ran one with the stock system and never had an issue.
On my xlx tp motor build I have one though and it’s definitely necessary on higher power builds!

@@jaycarbs859 no problem happy to help! My best recommendation is to run the 27/34 limitless gearing for straight line stuff (around 90-100mph) , but grab a 50t center diff from any of the other 6s lines and use a 20t pinion ⚙️. That’ll do 60+ and drift really well.
@@MikeStallone ok thanks man. What If I keep all gears stock and just use the same pinion that comes stock in the infraction? Will that be ok? Or do I need to change the center and everything?
@@jaycarbs859 you’ll still run the risk of overheating if your plan is to drift.
I have the Futaba 4PV and the R304Sb 2.4G FHSS receiver and the range is horrid. Compared to even my Traxxsas transmitter which came with my Rustler. What receiver can I run to get a better range?
Try out the futaba r2006g receiver. I get an awesome amount of range with that and my 3pv

@@MikeStallone I spent so much on upgrading my Rustler about $4000, believe it or not. I have a Max 6 and a TP 4070cm 2200kv motor and it's crazy powerful and changed out every conceivable thing in it to make it more durable for speed runs. I made 81mph with a Max 8 and a 2250kv motor when I had a Flysky FS GT 5 had far more range than my 4PV. Anyway I have a lot more power and feels way more potent than the previous system but I have problems getting the car to hold straight.At the time I had a Yokomo DP-302v4 gyro extremely good and now I have a Futaba GYC 441 and not getting the car to hold straight. So the problem is I have an extreme amount of power but I can't even come close to using it because either my alignment or gyro just isn't up to mark.

How much did you actually spend to build this beast?
The way it sits there, $400 for the roller, I got the motor and speed controller used for $100. The receiver was $40, and the servo was $30. I already had a controller
