Today, we are going to be showcasing one of the craziest builds in MOC 12. Ruan Mei ended up turning Welt into a TIME GOD. His delay that comes from break effect with her talent and skills and HOLY MOLY. THIS IS CRACKED OUT OF THERE MIND! You can beat MOC 12 easily with this type of team and the possibilities are endless!

e4s1 welt main here, amusingly with rm now, you can actually run 0 sustains side 1 and clear with no deaths, i used rm/welt/ty and any 3rd support for a 3 cycle clear on moc 12 side 1. will probs showcase it in a vid soon.

what is S1 and S2 that people say ? what is it referring to ?
I can see BE Welt, Dr Ratio, RM, and SW being a crazy team since welt and SW will put so many debuffs on the enemy for Ratio, AND there is no need for a healer since they pretty much never get to take a turn.
i think SW alone would make ratio be able to 100% FUA we shall see tho

The thing thats even cooler is that Physical Trailblazer is much more viable because of the break uptime. It lets you get your stacks a lot easier, which is the most annoying part of Physical Trailblazer.
My very thought upon hearing about Ruan Mei’s delay. Definitely planning to run a RM, Welt, and Dr Ratio comp for a unique dual DPS setup.

Dude this was EXACTLY the duo I thought about when I saw Ruan Mei's skill haha. Waiting on second half of 1.6 to try a Topaz, Dr. Ratio, Ruan Mei, Welt setup.

@@REHOO yea abit situational depending on enemies but both freeze and imprisoned weakness break are equally good
What also makes me happy about this patch is that we now have 9 party slots, so now I can try out my teams in the three new slots without having to redo my other six teams. I actually got Welt on the Standard Banner a couple patches ago, so I'll have to build him up. Thankfully I also have some extra Trailblaze Power, so I should at least be able to build him somewhat decently.
I like this a lot.

Finally someone referenced this. Luocha and welt eating good. Double down on welt combo. I hope I can max out my guy soon. He gonna be E4 soon but have ditched on his lc cuz I had to grab ruan mei and LC (total of 40 pulls) welt is the reason I play HSR. I would say you keep the standard mixed welt cuz he still has the ult delay.

I just picked welt from the 300 rewards in hyped to try this. Once I get dr ratio I can do a mono-imaginary team too.
I use the same Welt, RM, Luocha base but Xueyi as the breaker. Welts imprisonment procs a lot without even breaking and can make entanglement last and pop for so much dmg. Holding Xueyis ult can put them immediately back into break if something lives long enough. Lol
And she kind counteracts the lack of dispel on the mara turds

I've been build my welt for pair with ratio + ruan mei, i'm also pull sw lc for him so he can be sub dps with decent ehr, soon ill try to find more break effect for my welt.

So if I have E0S1 Bronya and E0 Ruan Mei, is it worth using my 5-star selector to get E0 Welt for this combo, rather than E1 Bronya?
I currently run Bronya in Luocha/Jingliu/Pela/Bronya comp, so I'm not exactly starved for SP right now. E1 Bronya would be contingency to keep other teams open for her.
Hmmmm, so would that mean that a welt/ruan mei/Dr. Ratio/Luocha would work? I was planning to use my 30 summons for Dr. Ratios lightcone and just use my e6 yukong but if ruan mei works well with those two I will pull for her (I am guaranteed and at 70 pity so a ten pull or two should get her).
Really wanto to try this team if I ended up getting Welt, I have his LC for nobody.
Also do you think e4 lynx is ok for Blade or should I save for Luocha? (saying in general not for this comp)
Lynx is super good for blade due to increased taunt, i think lynx is 100% fine for blade rather than shelling for luocha, but luocha is still a worthwhile investment in the general sense
@@REHOO I see thank you for the help. Im saying because my account is new and even tho I like to prioritize supports I have Huohuo and Bailu too, so I want to get some damage instead of going for another sustain.
glad to see someone else recognizing the potential of combining Welt and Ruan Mei. I currently run the two of them with Dan Heng because his 20% Slow (at E6) pairs perfectly with them and his damage gets amplified pretty well by the two of them (I've seen ults hit for upwards of 130k from Dan Heng these days), and this dual-carry team just made an absolute mockery of Kafka in MoC12.
bro i stopped using IL before this showcase because the shield shred was so high i couldnt get good timing for welt to break LMAO its definetly SUPER cracked out

So I didn’t want Ruan Mei and didn’t use her on this but I’m glad Welt was a clutch on MOC 12. He help me break the beetles enough to utilize the weakness mechanic. Funniest part is that his skills is low invested but god I love him.
with a break build if thats what your going for it really is very low investment and f2p friendly

when people find out welt is the second herrcher from 3rd impact and came to HSR, only to know his lore and how his body was ripped to shreds and he just put it back together xD
Thats impressive, however welt's ult is better used to cancel the bosses second turn, a lot of the bosses have a two action turn and if you activate his ult after the first action welt will cancel the second.
You actually can make them more delay by building welt Effect Hit rate than Weakness break...

i was building him as a dps with high effect hit rate to slow enemy, but gave up midway through. I guess I only need to give him more break effect for hybrid weakness break and slow debuff since i just got RM

eFFECT HIT RATE IS BETTER. in my opinion. you still break the same way. Cuz Weakness break has diminishing RETURNS.
SO he has too much break effect that it barely even contributes.
My tip: Just go for Effect hit rate for more delays instead. Mine is that and it's literally doing the same thing.
Though I'd argue you need Blade / Dr, Ratio.
and in my opinion. Huo Huo > Luocha cuz you can spam Ult with her which WELT ULT has insane slow.

Side 1 is pretty easy with RM Welt (E3S1 CR/SPD/DMG%/ERR) no sustain comp, any 2 from Tingyun,Bronya,Pela,Hanya can work, each support just use different tech. I'm clearing it with Welt RM Bronya Hanya, If I have E2 Bronya I can ditch Hanya and use Tingyun or Pela.
How did you e5 that light come? I can only buy 1 from the shop and then it’s sold out? 😢

I actually ran Welt with Ruan Mei without sustain at floor 8 and managed to clear it. On later floors I can't keep up with damage on mobes, so they r killing my party. In my case it either or, control or mobs killing. After many attempts I opted to just adding sustain. Got tired.
I think after enough investment, maybe no sustains is possible
i have welt i was gonna go for ruan mei but i got blade instead ( pulled him as a dare and got him 70 wish )
is blade good or okish idk new player started a month ago got 10 five stars super lucky ig so i dont know about 5 stars that much
blade is very beginner friendly, his crit ratios arent hard to manage due to his relic set and traces, as you see in the video blade can beat moc 12 without having to worry you should be fine!

I try borrow someone's ruan mei for my welt. Oh my. It's like get a girl for my man. They are compatible. Just like tingyun and dan heng imbibitor lunae. My welt e1 is using gnsw light cone s5, all trace unlock, 4 pcs imaginary set + pen set from su (cause the light cone is f2p). I can add dr. Ratio later. I wanna try ratio man + welt + rm + luocha/gepard.

This is one of the first things I did as soon as I pulled Ruan Mei :D My Grandpa is built for damage though, not break effect. The Imaginary break & slow combined with Ruan Mei's ult effect still works great regardless!
I still not wanna gacha for ruan mei. 2.0 banner will be sparkle and potentially rerun luocha. I really need both. So I try to save as much as possible.
Luocha for eidolon. Sparkle for character. Later imbibitor lunae for sign light cone. So thank you next for ruan mei. I will wait for rerun. My main dps is no longer mr welt, but imbibitor lunae. He is the priority.

i watch the whole video...first of all i pity your welt build...support welt doesnt exist u know...secondly u dont understand the mechanism behind welt's ULT...he needs very high speed neither EHR nor break effect.
