Katelyn - This feels like the beginning of an enemies to lovers smut book. I do expect this to blow up at some point. Would really like an update when it does. Circumstances of hooking up with the dad extremely sketchy.
Booty Patrol Girl- You really delivered with the updates......... Imagine pulling up to work at Olive Garden in a Booty Patrol car
Diss track- The couple seems like they're gonna make it. The other girl seems a little off her rocker but what successful musician isnt?

the guy seems so nice! i was judgey cuz usually a guy that dates within a friend group is pretty clueless but he seemed really thoughtful. i'm rooting for those two.

I feel like I would like "The Carpenter" a lot more if I knew it was actually about beef that was worth writing a song like that about. It seems to me that Caroline did absolutely nothing wrong. If this artist can write a song like this over a nothing issue, how many other bops that lead us to sing at the top of our lungs in order to work through our feelings are also about nothing issues? That doesn't mean we can't enjoy them, but it takes a bit of the fun out of the song to know that not only there wasn't a problem, it was a "problem" the singer created herself. Maybe she's the carpenter all along and she's really just mad that she's the messy one that needs to hammer out her feelings. 🤔
That being said, if the next song that's written about Caroline is the song "Sour", and we were just reminded about how this musician tried to steal Caroline's friends over a guy she barely dated, I truly think this person has a screw loose, and Caroline needs to write a bop that is even better than this sour carpenter. I mean seriously. This musician is not worth being friends with, anyway. I have encountered way too many people like her in my life, and you will never win with them no matter what you do. So it is better to just move on from people like this. They are the type of people to make fun events messy over nothing issues on a dime, and they aren't worth your time. Hopefully, some of the friends who sided with her start to realize that.

I keep wanting to like this podcast so bad so I keep coming back to it from time to time to at least give it another shot now and then. Its shocking how the vast majority of the callers are icky children with valley girl accents. All well and good, but I mostly quit listening after I heard 10 episodes, and all of them were nearly teenagers whining about nothing. Without an adjustment, this podcast has been on a fast track to something that may as well be called 'cheugy 30something year olds try to act edgy while giving advice for the non-problems of snotty teenagers'.
