a kill warrant scanner really adds to the bounty... You could also be adding power to shields to get it recharged then set back to weapons when returning to fight
A more fun way to earn merits is to shoot the messenger ships of an opposing power. Bring a frameshift interdicter and pull them out of hyperspace, you get 30 merits per ship. It takes some more time, but it's much more fun, and doesn't cost credits.
I have prismatics on my anaconda. Seeing all the trouble with SC honestly has tempted me into going back to Elite Dangerous since I have a fully engineered ship sitting there waiting for me.
Oh wow just now? Usually the first things I tell people to pledge when they start playing... it's basic ally a shield with one size larger stats but slower charging. I bough 15 of them 7 years ago and am still using them and a few unused in inventory :)
I’ve unlocked Packhounds, Prismatics and Imperial Hammers. Interested to see what power play 2 looks like. There’s a few more modules I’d like to have.
I've been getting my merits doing combat. Excuse to commit crime and not get notoriety. I use primsatic on my FDL that I use for assassination misisons. I have several primsatics but haven't used them on any other builds yet. Next tick I have the hammers. Only other Power Play module I've unlocked is the packhounds. Those are pretty fun for disabling thrusters.
How many skins and ship kits do you have? I swear every ship I’ve seen in your videos have been pimped out with basically every high end cosmetic offered on the store.
As good as they are I can never bring myself to support anyone associated with the Empire. The slavery and snobbery is a deal-breaker for me. I know Aisling is against slavery but that's like saying "I'm the least assholey asshole"
I always fortify personally, since I don't really give a shit about the bgs. In the past I used to hit up the systems that haven't met the quota yet, but now I just go for the closest one like nearly everybody else. Typically I run a Python with roughly 200 cargo which takes like 4 runs, but the Type 9 etc. in one run seems enticing... Prismatic shields are the shit. I don't care, I run them on basically everything. How exactly did you get 11k shields on that vette? Are Horizons & Odyssey really that far apart these days? I been having a hard time connecting rams, the enemy likes to veer off at the last second. Might be a skill issue on my part, but i had a few good clips of successes. Shield Cell Banks my dude... maybe that's why you have 11k and I have almost 7k on my vette with 7a prismatics, 2 7a banks, a couple guardian shield reinforcements and 8 boosters... all fully engineered. I never run down more than 75% at worst, usually somewhere in the 90s. If I get a little low in between instances I'll pop a bank for a 10% recharge and be in the fight again. That or I'll put 4 pips in sys travelling to the next instance and be good. When in combat I have 0 in sys, 2 in eng & 4 in wep. It should be noted that I don't run CZ often, mostly massacre/assassination with some hazrez. My main limitation is multicannon ammo to be honest. I hate wasting mats on synth.
Hey, love the videos and thanks for the team invite last week at one of the ground ports, made some good money there!
Also they are not just for combat... I use them all on mining ships because I can use a size smaller - leaving the larger size slot for cargo.
true!
ALD all the way

First time heard about this, thank you Cmdr, I will be sure to do that for the next Powerplay.

Shield Cell Banks are very useful with prismatics to give them a fast recharge
I pledged to her three years ago and now had to do it again.

Yeah, just got it now. I should have gotten them a lot earlier. But glad I finally got them
For a good time, find a High Intensity conflict zone where one side is affiliated with the federation and the other with the empire
fun video :)

Made a pamphlet python just for these shields.
HAHA.. I'm also with ALD... best politics!
That's an expensive ship my friend!!

prices were raise 3x in last year ...
For someone who came from Star Citizen, I'm guessing the cost of stuff in ED is pocket change.

Next pvp ship?
working on it
You should have collected your merits during week 3 so it would all be ready on week 4. Would have saved like six days of time
I am new to Powerplay, so thank you for the tips cmdr

Would've liked to know what the outfitting was to get 11k shields... but thanks for the heart I guess.
is not working...........
