Nestled on the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline is a bright, glowing pool of blue called The Blue Lagoon. Park at Abereiddy beach (SA62 6DT) and walk around to see for yourself!
This used to be a slate quarry but was abandoned in the early 1900s and flooded to look how it looks today!

It’s a beautiful place. Looks a lot higher from the second level than in the water, I only managed the 2nd level two. Next t8me tho😀

If I was to go to the blue lagoon what are the most important things to know before going?
Hmm so, get there early or you may miss out on parking. Take cash to pay for parking if you decide to park there. If you want to swim I would take a wetsuit because it's freezing cold. If you're going to dive in take some wetsuit boots or shoes you don't mind getting wet.
The ground is quite black from the slate as well so when you put a towel down it may get dirty. Does that help? :)

You can't beat the Blue Lagoon! Especially for a dive in the pool! We went there about a week ago, a beautiful place for sure. Your drone footage was awesome!
