- If you’re looking for some of the best places to visit in Pembrokeshire - The Witches’ Cauldron has to be on your list!
It’s a collapsed cave near Cardigan on the west coast of Wales. The nearest village is Moylgrove and the nearest beach is Ceibwr Bay.
The crater is filled with greeny-blue water where sea waters have eroded soft rocks. This gives a spooky green effect in certain lights!
Entrance to the crater is only possible through one of the sea tunnels - it’s an explorers dream!
According to local legend, the Cauldron was a sea-witch’s lair and she would consume anyone who ventured in alone!
Just FYI there’s no parking near Pwll y Wrach (Witches’ Cauldron) so you’ll have to walk along the coastal path to get there!

It was experimental but I loved doing it too 😆 thanks a bunch for commenting!
I love your videos. You’r so funny too. Hope one day you have thousands of followers. 🧚♂️♥️. Pem is my fav place. But being a Welsh girl everywhere in Wales is gorgeous ♥️🧚♂️✨
Agreed! There's always an adventure to be had here. I love Pembs. Just one big playground 🥰💖
We are going to Dinas Rock to find the old mines, I'm pretty sure you can get into them easily. may be an interesting video
I've put it on the list! Love a recommendation, thank you 🙌
@@Empire92online there are a couple of videos of them, and I remember my uncle taking me up to them when I was about 14. It's a nice walk as well and you can get to Sgwd Yr Eira waterfall from there as well.
Looks like a great spot for exploring 👍
Yeah so amazing! Definitely worth a visit
That's one place I'm quite happy to view rather than visit but a great little video nonetheless!
Thank you! There was a bridge though 👀 I think next time I'll take the drone. It was too windy that day!
@@Empire92onlineAre all bridges equally exciting or are some bridges better than others?
@@bgsmantaproductions933 😆 personally, I get more excited by some than others
How will the temperature of the water be like??
Same as the sea (it's 16 degrees today for reference)
Magix.. cracking stuff. Just realised I had not subbed your channel.. which I have just put right and pressed that bell icon. Will catch up with your last couple in the next 24 hours..... fabulous place and well done.
Aww thanks Alan! 🙌
Love this video! Me and a friend are going this weekend. She has a kayak so hoping to be brave enough to get down there. How deep is the water here ?
Hey! I hope you had a great time, did you go in there? The water depth depends on the tide but it's all good if you're a confident swimmer :)
