I've never heard of zojirushi! It looks delicious!
It is the bread machine recommended for freshly milled grains. It's heavy duty. It also makes a 2 lb loaf. I got mine around Mother's day on sale, and I love it more everyday. Totally grateful to have it during my oven issues.
