    저는 528개월 어린이라서 케챱이랑 먹으면 맛있겠다는 생각이 먼저 들었어요 ㅎㅎㅎ아이가 말을 참 예쁘고 조리있게 잘 하네요^^

      저도 560개월이라 케첩뿌려서 맛나게 먹었어요. 계란두개ᆞ청양고추1개ㆍ양배추ᆞ당근넣어서 한 접시에 커피 먹었더니 포만감있어요. 추석으로 확찐살 양배추전으로 슬기롭게 다이어트 하렵니다^^

    이 전은 그거 같네요. 옛날 토스트에 들어가는 야채요. 이렇게 부쳐서 설탕 넣고 케찹 넣고 식빵 포개서 토스트로 팔죠.

    팽이버섯 다져넣고 한번 뒤집을때 치즈 살짝뿌려 구워줬더니, 포만감 가득하고 맛있어서 매일먹고싶은 음식이네요~ 감사해요^^

    謝謝你!示範如此美味的蔬食作品,喚醒老媽媽以前做菜的片斷印象,欣賞影片之餘,似乎聞得到陣陣香氣~
    建議如下:
    一、使用刨絲刀刨高麗菜絲時,可將刨絲刀固定在一個地方(如靠架在玻璃碗邊緣。),使動高麗菜就好。
    二、刨蘿蔔絲則是將蘿蔔找支撐點固定,刨皮刀運作即可。

    양배추랑 당근 먹기 너무너무 좋은 방법!! 방금 밤 12시에 해먹었는데 정말 jmt입니다. 아삭아삭하고 설탕없이도 달달하고.. 제가 양배추 들어간 샐러드빵을 엄청 좋아하는데 튀긴데다 설탕이 많이 들어가는 음식이라 못 사먹었는데 이걸 만들어 먹으니 샐러드빵 생각이 사라지네요. 소금을 조금 더 넣을걸 살짝 싱거워서 대신 무설탕케찹을 많이 뿌렸어요. 결론은 JMT🤤

    벼르고 벼르다 만들어봤어요! 양배추하고 대파만 넣어서 소금 후추간해서 부쳐먹었습니다 ㅎㅎ 모짜렐라 치즈를 좀 뿌려먹었는데 개인적으로 스리라차 소스랑 잘 어울리더라구요❤ 남자친구도 맛있다며 잘 먹었습니다 ㅎㅎ

    토스트에 들어가는 계란 느낌이지 않을까 했는데 전혀 달라서 맛있게 한끼 잘 먹었습니다! 마침 무니님 레시피로 만든 채소 장아찌도 있어서 곁들였는데 진짜 찰떡궁합! 쉽고 간단해서 요것도 자주 해먹을것 같아요

    저도 요즘 1번계란 쓰고있어요. 원래는 싸고 양 많은 계란 썼는데요
    어후 도저히 안되겠더라고요
    비싸더라도 몸에 좋은 자연방사계란 유정란 사용하고 있습니다.
    두툼한 양배추전 달달 아삭하니 고소하니 완전맛나겠어요 ㅎㅎ 아이고 찰떡궁합 ㅋㅋ 설명도 찰지게 잘하는 어린이 ㅎㅎㅎ

    매번 해먹을때마다 느끼지만 진심 맛있어요ㅡ근데 화면에서보면 물도 안생기고 속까지 잘 익는거 같은데ㅠ전 물도 많이 생기고 속이 잘 안익네요ㅠ 좀 더 인내심으로 더 꾸버야하겠지요?ㅋ

      Hello, if you're doing this bc of cardiovascular issues, I'd recommend you to watch the documentary "Fat Fiction" here in TH-cam, posted by Indie Rights Movies for Free. The cholesterol-->heart issues link is a fallacy posed by Ancel Keys. Inflammation and metabolic issues is what makes cholesterol reach the arteries. I'd advise you to not consume vegetable oils (they're highly inflammatory). You could replace them with healthy fats like olives. Dr Jason Fung's channel is very enlightening as well. I say this as this diet could possibly be leading to more harm than good :(

    퇴근이 늦어서 저녁에 밥먹기가 좀 부담스러웠는데 주말에 양배추랑 당근 사서 손질해뒀다가 ,,방금 해먹엇는데 이거 진짜 진짜 맛잇어요 ㅠㅠㅠ
    저는 김밥 해먹는다고 맛살이 남아서 좀 넣어서 같이 만들었는데.. 진심 너무 맛잇네요 야채도 많이 먹을 수 있어서 너무너무 좋아요

    Thank you for this great recipe!! Being vegan I would substitute soft tofu with egg replacer for the eggs. So many ways one could enjoy this recipe with a variety of vegetables!

    I made this last night. I haven't got the knack of flipping it all in one piece, so it wasn't as pretty as yours, but it was good. Mixed some ketchup with a dash of Ssam sauce to put on it, and it was delicious.

    Очень аппетитный рецепт ,только я бы положила 1 желток и 4 белка и может немного сыра или тофу

    지금까지 보아온 맛있는 건강 다이어트 밥상 중에 단연 최고라 생각되요.
    물론 어르신들의 천연 (발효) 식단도 있을 수 있겠지만 현대적인 영양적인 면과 의학적인 면을
    고려한다면 무니키친님도 절대 뒤지지 않는다 생각되요.
    특히 저탄수화물 섭취가 마치 유행이 되고 있는 시점에서 반드시 탄수화물이 들어가는 식단임에도
    많은 사람들이 눈치 못 챌 정도이니까요.
    오늘만 해도 탄수화물과 식이섬유 > 단백질 > 지방 순으로 골고루 들어가 있네요.
