I got these pedals at the end of last year and absolutely love them. I work in a Car Repair centre and the guy who was delivering the pedals took them to our parts department as he thought they were for a real car 😂
Hello, I clicked on this video to check if the t150 is compatible with the T3pa pro. I think you said you combined them, but I just wanted to check if it indeed works. Thanks.
This is great on the spot and cover all I wanted to know IMO, thank you for doing this review. The timing of this review is perfect, see I been looking to buy this for a wile but haven't found a good decent new review of them so I been holding back little.. But now I know I'll get new pedals in the end of the month woohoo! :D
Thank you Felix! You probably can, it will be too much resistance though atleast in my opinion. Id say the resistance is about the same from the regular T3PA
I really love my t3pa pro & Fanatec v3 pedals but I hear the more moderately priced new Fanatec CSL pedals are even better than the higher priced V3 pedals. I imagine u want to stick with the same ecosystem for console & pc use.
I have the same pedals. I got them on sale from Amazon a little while back and they’re pretty nice. I use the spring brake mod for a little more realistic brake resistance feel. I tried to use the conical brake mod, but the brake pedal was way too stiff for my liking, (it was hurting my brake performance than helping it). I also agree about that little ridge at the end of the diamond plate can get REALLY annoying after awhile lmao.
Haha yeah after long sessions it's a bit annoying, should use shoes though .I love them otherwise. The conical brake mod takes awhile to get used to but I like it aswell
I like inverted pedals so much more lol Guess that must be from my car having inverted. I just got the TMX Pro set and the regular pedals feel so weird 😂
I guess this video isnt up to date anymore, but i have a question: You have this gamingseat - i guess its on rolls. How do you fix your seat? Dont you push yourself away from the desk if you step hard on the pedals? I have this problem myself. At this moment i use a lashing strap to fix my seat to the pedals, but its anoying - guess i move to a simrig soon...
I don't have a gaming seat, just a regular chair. I push myself away from the pedals when i brake, sometimes i put stuff behind my chair to geit to stay
@@felixha3597 Thanks for the advice but it doesnt work for me. I fixed the bottom of the chair to the pedals, but if i slam the break, then the whole chair kind of flips to the back. And since i can spin my chair, i have way to much movement. Only solution for me: Fixed rig with a fixed seat.
Can you help make a recommendation for me? I have my pedals flat on the floor and I just purchased these. Should I leave them as they were stock or do you think I should invert them? thank you.
i5-8600k, 3x SSD, 32gb 3200mhz DDR4, GTX 970(didnt upgrade GPU now). I come from Sweden! That headset is so freaking ugly i dont have any words, thought they looked cool when i bought them dont know what i was thinking lol. Thats next on my upgrade list
Very nice system, sorry to hear its given you issues. GPU prices are plain bad so I can understand not upgrading the GPU. The 970 is what I have too and it is still doing pretty well. Lol, I don't know what you were thinking either :p I use a HyperX headphone and they're pretty good.
Yeah exactly, its ridiculous. Yeah its fine, waiting for the new generation and hopefully the prices will go down eventually. I had them before these but broke them, they are amazing 10 times better than these :)
Basically yes, If you don´t have thrustmaster wheel you just set axis to clutch as gas and vise versa game can´t really tell what pedal you pressing, it just see moving axis. But if you have th wheel you can switch by some combination on wheel. Im using rj45 adapter for pedals because I use them on flight sim as well, so you just set axis in game as on any other pedals/device.
I'm going to be buying this cockpit. "Next Level Racing F-GT Formula and GT Simulator Cockpit" My question is this. Can I move the pedal set left or right? I'll never use the clutch, I only play f1 2018. But I know that I would want the brake under my left foot and gas under my right. I wouldn't want it off center. Does that make sense? Thanks.
Love the nail polish coloUr. Not quite sure the socks quite go with it, but hey, who am I to say. But seriously, the respect I have for you has only increased now knowing that you're driving as you do on a non-DD wheel setup. Love the quick review. Love those pedals. Always had great respect for Thrustmaster sim gear. Just wish it wasn't so expensive. Cheers, mate ... and Mrs. mate. :)
Thank you :)) Love the pedals aswell, bit of a Thrustmaster fanboy, never had any problems with their products and even though they are expensive their still good value for money imo.
Also the usb is essential as it quadruples the sensitivity of the pedals, do not plug it into your wheel base if at all possible, takes them from 8 bit to 10 so from 250 ish steps up to 1024.
Thanks Ricky - great review. I've had these pedals (with T500RS) for a fair while now, and I really like them. My only gripe is that I would like to be able to adjust the horizontal distance between the throttle and brake tor heel and toe, but I've not yet figured out how if it is possible. if anyone knows .. ;-) beucase yeah, those instructions are kinda bad.
im sorry i own this set 2 years now and its average in performance but i will agree that their price point are just perfect. also i will 100% disagree that the spring mod is better than the conical mod that the set is including .you should try to simulate pressure and the conical brake mod is far more better to do that job. Also i noticed that you are using traction and the more important abs...well close them then you can see the differences between the two mods and you will appriciate the conical more trust me.you can always calibrate your pedals input ingame. My steam name is Ripper i own many wr in pc2 if you need any infos contact me.Cheers :)
Correct, the conical mod will make you much faster. It "feels harder" yes, but it gives you more progressive brake. The rubbergum/spring will not do that, and it will neither hold as long. Everybody i heard saying they are much quicker with the conical mod. Regs. 6 years still using T500 F1 T3PA PRO ;-)
Interesting, i used the conical mod on my old T3PA. Conical mod feels more like a sportscar brake and the spring brake mod feels more like a street car brake imo. Good thing is that you can change whenever you like. Ill go for the spring brake mod for awhile and maybe change later.
You wil needl some time to get used to it but when you do you will see your lap times drop down but ofc you will need to calibrate them you will be able to pressure them at 45-50 percent
@@RickyBroshRacing Thx Dude. real great gear, low in Price and even so durable and easy too mod. I use them every day and i like them very much. Good Days to you
Nice nails Ricky lol, your gonna like pedals with proper race shoes 😉 Ricky I added my own spring mod to gas wanted more resistance I work in Hydraulics industry lots of springs to choose from
So its ok to use the PRO wit that diamond cuts metal base with socks. Your opinion will make me buy it or not tomorrow , so I have to wait for your comment . Also does it worth it compared with t3pa non pro ? Thanks a lot .
Its not a problem IMO. If its worth the upgrade is harder to answer, theyre very similar. I love having them inverted but other than that its probably not worth it
Thanks for the fast reply, I just order the conical brake mod the blue one that is for T3pa PRO I make a mistake , because they have different mod for the normal t3pa , My question is does the T3pa PRo and T3pA have the same conical brake ? does the screw has the same fat ? And again thanks for your time.
Ricky, once again we have the same equipment, first the ts=pc racer and now the pedals. I ordered a piece of foam padding and cut to fit that medal plate and used double sided Velcro to hold it, works great and a lot cheaper than buying shoes. here's the link of what I used so you can have another idea/option www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0012RUQ0E/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Good luck if need to use the warranty on these as had mine 3 months and became faulty and they wont fix. They say it normal when know its not.Now completely useless.
RickyBrosh Racing yes i know the wheel but atleast for the remainder of the AOR season i will keep the T80 and i can do without as i am 2nd in the standings but i am looking forward to trying a t150
You said that thay will look great in your new cockpit. believe it or not, thay can't be mounted in f1 on the gt omega pro rig, because t3pa pro pedals are to high for front of the omega pro rig. (Wow) only the cheaper art (not strong enough for me) and the stand you have so be careful. super disappointed with the fact that pro pedals don't fit the most expensive an strongest of gt omega cockpits the pro. and the art gt omega cockpit is not that stable for your wheel so be careful im so disappointed with both companies, as I have the gt omega pro rig an both gt omega an thrustmaster have confirmed this to me thay don't fit in f1 but if your handy and able to mod the cockpit then awesome. but as for me I'm stuck with the t3pa s that came with the firrari 599xx evo alcantara addition an it sucks

I was curious about your rig. Good video! I'll leave the "nice legs Ricky" joke alone since I see that's been covered already :P
