- Welcome back. I finally found it, the one that really hooked me into wanting to get a modular home. This is the Briar Ritz by Deer Valley. There is nothing to not like abut this home. It isn't your standard wide ooen floor plan. Every room feels like it's own room, but yet you can still hold a converstion with someone in the other room.
Skillfully designed palatial three section home with state of the art standard features and custom options throughout, including expansive great room with distinctive archways into formal dining room and beautiful kitchen with center island work station/snack and serving bar, handcrafted wood grain cabinets and deluxe appliances. Adjoining office with computer and/or recipe desk also offers additional storage capacity. Spacious master bedroom boasts luxurious ensuite featuring large platform soaking tub, optional walk-in “rainfall” ceramic shower, dual china sink vanities and extra large walk-in closet.

I really like it...big and spacious.
Love the home, only thing I would want different is the placement of the vents. Would prefer ceiling vents.
I like most rverything about this home except the master bedroom layout. It makes furniture placement considerably more challenging.

I love this home. If it were mine that small arch into the dining room, I would want to close completely. I would like a butler's room. Panty would become a storage closet
Lose all of the carpet. In master bath, it should be a stand-alone tub.
Fabulous home. I love the layout of the living room. That fireplace in the center is so pretty. Really nice kitchen and dining area. That office area and pantry! 👍The master bath is breathtaking, the tub and shower are beautiful. 😍 I'm glad the closet isn't inside the bathroom for a change. I would move into this home right away.

Those arches look good and separate the rooms nicely! But there is some wasted space in that Living Room/Foyer area! If you entertained a lot, you could set up some chairs there, but we don't, so it's wasted space for us. You suggested an office to be put there, but there's already an Office by the Pantry. I like that area, Office and Pantry, actually. I'd do my usual changes. Gas Fireplace in Living Room. Microwave is in a perfect spot! I'd want a Gas Cook Stove with a Pot Filler. I'd rather have an oven under the cook stove. Two ovens would be very nice. The Dining Room has a very good place for Grandma's China Cabinet! A Garage would be built outside the Utility Room with a Storage area and Pet Shower, maybe a bigger, long-term Pantry. I'm glad there's be a spot for an Upright Freezer in the Utility Room! I like the fact the water heater access and the furnace access are in the utility room where they belong! The two Guest Bedrooms would be turned into my Library, with a small sitting area, and a soundproofed Music Studio Room. I like the Master Closet being in the bedroom! The Commode area looks like it might work for me - I'd never have that door closed, but hubby might. Probably put a door on the Tile Shower. I'd have to change the tub to a Handicapped Tub. I'm not sure about the Vanity. That counter is not long enough for two sinks! Not sure if there's room to make it longer or not - long enough that is. I like plenty of room to put things on the countertop. Maybe just have one sink? Carpet in the Living Room and Bedroom and probably the sitting area in my Library and the Office. We'd make that front porch wider and make a door out of one of the windows in the dining room, enclose the porch area there to use the outside as a gathering and eating place if we wish year round. Probably also put in a porch around the side and back to the garage at least, with some areas covered and some enclosed. Might or might not put in porches on the other side of the house.

Archways. I think the only thing i would do is the room off the kitchen i would make that a butler pantry then the shelving. The pantry they have off of it id make that a storage area. Vaccum,, broom, etc. Put folding tables and chairs. I could see myself in this home. Beautiful. Thank you for the tour.
I'd definitely ditch the desk and turn the whole room into a butler's pantry/regular pantry with freezer space. Love this home!
Very nice. I'd like to see a window in the master bathroom toilet. One thing with the doors entering the master bathroom, if someone is at the right hand sink and the door is opened they'll get bashed on the bum. Lovely shower though and with a hand held 😊
This house was it a few years ago. We have seen so many cute homes now that it doesn't wow me as much, especially at that price. But I must admit it still has one of the best master baths ever...
Btriarritz is my favorite . I’ve seen different versions where there is a side door in the area past the kitchen going out to a deck with a fireplace, a half bath where the desk area and also the kitchen sink where the stove is with a window above. It’s nice that there are different options you could have.

Deer Valley never disappoints! I'd keep the layout as is, even the office bonus area off the kitchen. Lovely home!
Master bathroom is great and the laundry room and access is great too. I know how I would have to set up the Master bedroom so just need to know if a alteration in the front living room wall could be done and that would be to delete a window and just have a solid wall. I need that space for my Piano. I give this home a 8.5 out of 10

Thumbs up for all the great closet space & storage. I’m so happy to see that they have put wood shelves instead of that horrible wire shelving. The wire shelves just doesn’t hold up. I could absolutely see myself living in this home. One if the best you’ve shown, Nate, love it!!!
Very nice, I love the range hood. I think I they should’ve ran the same floor throughout, it doesn’t look right changing in the kitchen.

My only negative thought is that it’s too bad they weren’t able to get a window into the kitchen. The kitchen is too dark for me. Otherwise, it should have been called the Mary Poppins model, as it’s practically perfect in every way. Thanks for showing.

Love but don't like vents in the floor
I think I’d turn that office area into a butler’s pantry. I think it would be kind of awkward to have a bedroom off of the kitchen and bathroom off of the dining room. I’d also want to see if I could have a gas stove and oven. I hate cooking with electric.

And, we can't get around old Mr buffet very easily. I'm just starting on a Cavalier modular.... And yes, he owns them. I tried to get deer valley to ship to VA but they would only bring to the state line then it was on me. That would be really bad.....!
When are they gonna start putting better colors in?
There are many color options to choose from. Most dealers order basic colors for their show models.
if you're a home builder you have some stiff competition you better be building brick
Unfortunately, I was really really liking this home till you got into the Master bedroom, don't like the window placement in there and don't like a bed blocking a window, poor design choice.
You might be able to get rid of window or move it.

Depends on location if its worth it. Here is a 3 bed 2 bath home that is 400 sq ft smaller about 100 miles from where I live. The cheapest one that is move in ready might I add.

No not my favorite because of the vents in the floors. The animals tear up the duct works ruin the heater and AC duct works lt cost a fortune to keep up and not sanitary to breathe the dirt that coming from the floor duct works from everyday dirt falling in into it. The duct works to be in the ceiling for sanitary reasons
In colder climates they put them in floor for efficiency. Heat rises. When you use the heat more than AC, if you have to heat from the ceiling the air at the top can be up to 15 degrees warmer than the air at the thermostat
