    Totally true! I dont have much time in my hands, so inevitably my place gets messy every once in a while, and when it does, it actually affects my mood and motivation! That's why i try my absolute best to keek it clean and organized, bc it matters!!I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this video btw!! Thank you so much!

    What a great video to start the new year and just what we needed to keep motivated with our new year's goals. Me and my girlfriend were happy to see that some of the things we were already doing were on your list. We both set similar goals so are holding each other accountable, and we have really limited our social media consumption. Not only do we feel better overall for doing so but it has freed up a nice chunk of time to be able to do other things like working out if we had a busy day or just relaxing with each other if we have already done so. We love your channel Doc, keep up the great work!

    Really great tips, some I never even thought of. I'll definitely be implementing some of these to make sure I keep up with my new year's goals. My boyfriend and I are going to hold each other accountable and make sure we don't slack, it's gonna be great having that support and knowing someone is going through the same things I am.     Accountability partner is a key thing I have implemented since COVID happened!! I know that if I don’t have one of my accountability partners to answer to, I will fall off the fitness path 👍🏼
