    I added 5mins of prayer just before bed, just to say thank you and good night and leave everything in God’s hands.

    I do what I call a "brain dump" before bed. I write out my to do list for the next day. It definitely helps me relax before bed. Would love to see more meals ideas, workouts and motivating talks like this.

    Hello Dr. A and team. I would love to see you interview important experts in the field of nutrition, exercise, and healthy lifestyle management. One expert up front would be Dr. Stacy Sims, a researcher who has done pioneering research to help women train and fuel optimally across the menstrual life from puberty through post menopause. Her perspective that most research and strategies are focused on men and do not completely align with a woman's physiology. Her books ROAR and Next Level are game-changing guides for women seeking to improve their health.

    Thanks I agree with these small (but not small) tweaks. I have been focused on getting out for a half hour walk every day. it has really made a difference to my mental health. I'll add in another tweak, maybe water, as my next challenge.

    Love this content. I’d like more content on exercises for strength and ways to manage food desires in the evening. I’m still using your suggestions for superset workouts and they’ve been so great!

      Hey Giomar, thanks for writing in and great question! Apologies but we can only provide general advice. More specific medical questions like this are more suitable for your doctor. Only they know you and your situation best. Good luck to you and your health journey!

    How much protein do we need per meal?

    • @FitMotherProject
      @FitMotherProject  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Marsha, thanks for writing in and great question! The exact amount varies per individual but you can learn more from the following video:
      pulse.ly/sjoynomyn8
      But the average woman will probably have anywhere between 25-35g per meal.

    Great information but can’t eat any fresh fruits even apples. Can I cook it a little bit. That’s the only way I can eat it. Allergic to all fresh fruits

    I realized that I have been craving some of these pre-biotic fruits and veg and didn't know why. Greenish bananas and apples, mainly. I wonder if my body is trying to tell me something?
