Great video. I’m a HSP and 1 full day of having fun and going non stop, I need to recharge. It’s ok. We have to accept who we are. Covi certainly didn’t help. I have neurological problems unsteady walk.. so much more since I got 2 “needles” …. Never again. Hugs to you
