Hi guys. I'm Darshan I have stayed in stanza living Cali house Coimbatore. It looks good but it's not worth of your money for 6 months. They provide you the worst food, sometimes you may even be food poisoned or get stomachache. Sometimes you don't get the cab. So I personally don't recommend this pg.
I’ve had one of the worst experiences in Stanza, Bangalore. They have one of the worst management. I have still not received my refundable deposit and it’s been 2 years since I’ve vacated. They promise you one thing to make you join and would barely keep up the promise
Have been staying for more than 6 months in one of the properties of Stanza now, I should must say it's one of the best find for me.... the facilities, the furnishings and the help from their side is well and good enough to make my life easier. There are many misconceptions and confusions regarding stanza in people's mind, but I would say, better know everything clearly before and then judge it.
Now a days stanza is not that much worth.. simply they are hiking rents but no services where provided.. food is not that much good in our property. even plates are not clean.
This pg is very very expensive. You will find other pg for the same at an affordable rate. It is not at all suitable for middle class people. They won't provide food during weekdays which is also an extra hole in your pocket. You will find decent affordable pgs in chennai n coimbatore with three meals per day at a much lower price.

Second apartment on the first floor appear better than 22nd floor apartment. Anyway electricity failure risk can be taken care by generators but there will be challenge for small chores of house needs on the higher floors. Imagine purchase of grocery, vegtables, etc one need to have time and proper plan. Anyday house is better than apartment. Plus points are more in a house apart from safety .
