The Paid DLC has finally given us the true Orange Piccolo and he's WAY BETTER than his free DLC counter part who did really low damage, unfortunately while he's better than that it isn't enough for OJ Piccolo to compete against even the most average of players online!

probably not worth mentioning but when orange piccolo gets bloody he has the same blood marks as he did in the movie i thought that was a nice touch

A LOT of dragon ball games are super faithful it terms of blood, like almost every depiction of bardock being damaged in games is of the same bit of blood trickling down his forhead after his fight with dodoria. Super iconic look, and the games love to pay tribute to shots like that of the characters in general

I love how both piccolos are a call back to king piccolo. Only if they put this much effort into all their dlc. Maybe this is a redemption arc for Bandai when it comes to content in xenoverse 2
So happy they made Apocalyptic Burst where it finishes out completely instead of killing straight off the bat 😂

@白骨王 What I do is just hold it down and press forward to get the Guard/Stamina Break kick, I'm not sure what issue you've been having with it but I've had no issue charging it on PC
I have noticed that if you use Demonic Destruction against someone trying to ki stun, it has enough super armor to go through it and dunk someone. So I did find that a neat tech for Orange Piccolo.
Quick Edit: Although, ya know...wish it was a little quicker so you don't have to time it.
Also after hitting them with a grab it's a guaranteed dunk if you use it right after
Any time Orange Piccolo glows he's immune to basic ki blasts. It's his whole gimmick.
Also fierce fist when it’s fully charged grants him super armor in general when he uses it
A lot of orange piccolo's moves give immunity against basic ki blasts, it says so in their descriptions in the ability lists when you pick em for your CAC

Agreed, Beast Gohan easily has the most effort put into his model and all the super attacks and ultimate attacks are fun to use along with the actual DLC characters

Correction: change “might” to “is”
Demonic Destruction can grab opponents even out of a juggle state. It's not supposed to be a grab used in neutral. It's supposed to be a tool for looping (as it can be used mid combo, and confirms a follow-up combo if used near the ground). Just treat it like Destructive Fracture except you can use it after punching into someone's guard too.
Orange Piccolo do be dunking players with that move though.

The timing for Demon Flurry's inputs is difficult to get right consistently, but it's absolutely worth it for the sheer amount of damage it does.
Seriously, spend some time in training mode if you need to get used to the timing, but _do not_ sleep on this move. It's really damn good.
I think it is way to strict in the heat of battle you'll almost never land the full thing with full damage, needs a buff to timing so it's alot more forgiving

You know a character is extremely strong when they add a damage limit.
Idk if it’s just me but orange piccolo looks a lot more bloodied and beat up when damaged and honestly I like it a lot than just average bruises when hit with five kamehameha’s😂
Me and my friends have been having a blast with Orange Piccolo. I finished my friend with Apocalyptic Burst and ended up crashing my game. Also keep up the amazing work been watching since most disrespectful finishes back in 2018

Demon Flurry's timing is hard? I've used it dozens of times in PQs and I only miss the timing once or twice a quest. You just press the button as the last attack connects. You flash red if you did it successfully. As long as you aren't panicking, it's no issue.
To be fair, I don't know if lag from online would impact this.

Okay so I’ve been using orange piccolo a lot and one of the things that I hate about him is how slow demonic destruction is and how horrible the tracking is. Legit if demonic destruction had better tracking but was as slow as it is I think orange piccolo would’ve been one of the best dlc characters that they’ve released

Love how each new character has become increasingly more unique to one another. My hope is, if we see another DLC or actually get the 3rd game, i want a Base or Super Saiyan Z Broly that is unique like these lot!

Demon Flurry seems to work for me when you put in a input almost right after the attack lands.
The perfect timing for Demon Flurry is when gohan flashes RED you click the input again and again and again (when he flashes red) i think
I'm sorry, XenoVerse did what? Damage limit? There's a maximum now? Damn. Took them long enough to decide enough is enough.
Just the facial animations and voice acting for every attack and super in this dlc is crazy, best dlc in my opinion
Piccolo would make more sense to have a counter, considering how he just tanks gamma 2s punch then follow up with that heavy punch (ik its fierce fist but still)
Demon flurry is easy, just hit it everytime Gohan hits the opponent

Hey Steed! I don’t know if you’re really tryna main Orange Piccolo like me, but here are some tips:
I like to use Demonic Destruction when I knock my opponent down. So ya know his quick knockdown combo? The one with the head but? If you’re close enough to your opponent, it’ll be more effective.
Also, it’s a good mix up if you’re close to your opponent. Demonic Destruction doesn’t have a lot of range.
While you’re dashing, just press light, heavy, then do a light stamina break it confirms. The timing can be a bit tricky, but it’s another stamina break if you can’t get the 5 lights one.
I cant believe you lost to the rain guy. There were ways you could of easily won but you risked it with the throw move. I cant believe you let the ki cancelling loser get the win cause of that XD
Demonic destruction actually works really well against ki stunners

I just figured his heavy stamina break combo is after he knock u up and teleport to punch u down(YXY combo I think) as soon as he reappears do the heavy stamina break and it will connect since his heavy stamina break looks quick asf🔥🔥
So...really broken thing about the super grab it stops limit bursts but even more brokenly if you get someone on the ground and do it you can continue it over and over and they can't do anything about it until you run out of ki

Ngl I actually got this dlc despite thinking about not doing it. I've been tired of the low effort in xenoverse dlc, but tbh this one is by far the best, even above the UI Goku or DBS Broly dlcs imo.
Fun fact, apocalyptic burst can also break into people using ultimate attacks so instead of wasting time doing a charged slam to break a dude out of a super Kamehameha you can just use the ultimate off the bat.
That fight against UI Goku makes Goku really seem bad.

Why were you surprised by super Vegeta? Is it rare? Super Vegeta is really good for ki blast and has a lot of the same benifits as super saiyan. It’s just worse for strike supers and better for ki blast.

While I do enjoy the direction they went with him, I still think it's a bit of a bummer that Orange Piccolo is seemingly the "worst" one out of the three. He is very one dimensional and recquires a bit of practice to master, but he does excel in that regard if I will add. His low stamina is a bit of a bummer though. I obviously expected Beast Gohan to be the best one but I was surprised by how much fun I had playing with Power Awakening Piccolo, that man can cook pretty hard! But still, really awesome that we have Orange Piccolo now but I wish he was at least better than PA Piccolo.

Demon Flurry timing isn't that difficult to time, it's like 0.75 seconds or 0.80 seconds each tap.

I almost trained the wrong timing for demon flurry into my brain. If you whiff the timing the right way you can hear a stamina break sound for each hit which will actually lower the damage so significantly its crazy. At first I thought that was the secret.Luckly I was able to unlearn that bad habit. I'd say now I have a 80% rate of doing it with its highest damage output, it ranges depending on the circumstances.
I haven't gotten the DLC yet but this does look really cool. I just wish that since they gave him so little stamina they'd give him like a f*** ton of HP like they did broly but whatever

Hey steedoj when using the kick from special beam cannon the opponent can't even limit burst until the move is over. The perfect move also ui goku can't dodge the kick

They also did the same thing with the damage of gogeta's meteor explosion and how much stamina gets taken away when blocking emporers death beam. I barely take out any stamina if an enemy is blocking emporers death beam
