    He sure is right about getting no information and a lack of information! It's hard to understand diabetes. People need to read books on it. Doctors don't really tell you that. It's kind of like you have to be your own doctor.

    Your Advanced glucose support is a miracle for me. I just found out on April that o was diabetic. I didn’t want to be on meds. Iwent on low carb and got my meter readings down to 150 to 180. I was so frustrated that I couldn’t get it below 100. I listen to you & to a guy called Dennis, he’s a minister. I heard him tell about how he tried you formula and his blood dropped to 50, to low . He was already in control but tried yours anyway. He said it’s up to you, but it’s all herbs , so it’s safe. I went right then and ordered your formula. I started the afternoon it came in and again the next morning. One hour later I took my blood test, it was 91. I was blown away, the next day it was 88. 84 is the lowest it’s been. I’m sticking to my diet & your formula. I am 73 and I’m so happy , I watch all your videos. My screen shot will say I’m Lula. My order name to you company is Dianne Capps from NC. I love you. I want to be a patient of yours. I’ll be watching for that info.

    Thanks Dr for the information! I’m type 2 for 22 years. Over the years medications were added to daily dosage. With 3 x 850 mg Metformin/day, 1x10 mg Jardiance, 1x 100 mg Januvia and 1x Glimepiride + walking, I was able to keep A1C @ 5.9-6.5. But with recent 3+ glucose in urine, my doctor asked me to stop Jardiance to avoid UTI. Luckily so far, other than A1C and Glucose, CMP, LIPID, CBC, TSH and urine tests are normal. If continue with Jardiance and with high glucose in the urine, other than potential UTI, what are the other consequences? Will it lead to kidney issues? Thanks for letting us know an oral form GLP-1 exist now. I may be able to switch to it in my next dr visit. Appreciate your advices!

    Although we are a very very small segment of the population, most of us who have survived pancreatic cancer and a Whipple procedure have turned diabetic. It’s almost assured when a portion of your pancreas has been removed. In my case it was the head of the pancreas. My diabetes is leaning towards type one. Its hard to understand and remember things due to chemo brain, so my wife..make that my wonderful wife would probably better remember what the doctors have told us. So far I’m OK with Metformin and being careful about what I eat. My new normal is not great but it’s better than the alternative. There’s some doctors that are high on my list of heroes and I swear some of the nurses especially in the tumor institute and critical care are angels. I’m looking at lots of channels to deal with diabetes so this video popped up. Merry Christmas to everyone that happens to read this. 🎄🙏🏻

    Takeaway- though there are medicines, lifestyle modification coupled with exercise is the most effective way to contain. I hear from some and even my own experience, metformin isn’t effective but I can see the difference more with changes to how I eat along with some physical activity. If I can delay the inevitable with education from sources like yours doctor, this is a step in the positive direction.

    Please do consider differentiating between T1 vs T2 in your video/description. Newly diagnosed T1s with less understanding of their condition may watch this and assume they can just pop a pill to ‘cure’ their condition. I’m T1 myself since May 19 (T1 Ed course Jan 2020) i work in paediatric hospital pharmacy and have been shocked on occasions I have met patients and their parents that have not yet attended a T1 Ed course and have been told to inject quite arbitrary quantities of fast acting insulin with no Ed on carb counting (myself included until I attended the Ed course) and so have quite badly controlled blood glucose.

      @SugarMDs  21 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      It looks like you're on a specific medication regimen for Type 2 diabetes while practicing intermittent fasting (16:8 TMAD). You mentioned taking Gliben before breakfast and Metformin afterward, followed by Gliben again before dinner and Metformin later.
      Given the timing of your meals due to intermittent fasting, it would be a good idea to consult your healthcare provider about adjusting your medication schedule. Since you're eating only twice a day, you might need to time your medication around those meals. Your doctor can provide the best advice on how to adjust your doses, especially considering your low-carb diet.

    Could constipation raise blood sugar? For the past 2 months I am eating salads drinking smoothies with pears, kiwi, acai berries, blue berries and raspberries. Still I have to drink Miralax to have a little BM. I am tired and frustrated with not having a regular out put.
    Can you suggest something that can help?

    This so much information I can't figure out what is your first choice. And thank you for saying that diebetes isn't as simple as sugar. I have hemochromotosis which threw a spanner in the wheel to my liver as well as thyroid. I have regular phlebotomy. My a1c is 8.9. I can't figure out diet because I have kept a check on everything I eat and my sugar going up or down does not make any sense to the results of my diet. That's when I knew this isn't a clear cut illness. I take no medications for it they make me severely sick and unable to be functional

    Hello doctor.
    It's Rainy aged 28 from India.🙏
    In the month of October while went through my gallbladder surgery It was surprisingly discovered by my doctor that I am diabetic. (While doing the pre OP blood tests my glucose level was 453🙄)(I am surprised since I had no significant symptoms of diabetes)
    Fortunately my surgery went well after pulling down the sugar level with insulin. Now as I am healing so far, now the doctor is prescribing me Amaryl M1 mg combination with Saxagliptin Onglyza, now my question is, I have heard that specially Onglyza has severe side affects..what would you suggest Doctor? As I am totally new to this desease. Please help! Egarly waiting for your answer.:)
    Thank you.

    Hello Doc.
    I'm concerned about something related to medications. As you know, diabetes type 2 start with oral medicine but may need insulin injections later on. My question is "How does a type 2 diabetic prevents himself from needing insulin injections in the future, considering the patient is in his late 30s? I'm afraid 10 to 15 years from now I may need insulin. Thanks for your advice.

    I am T2 for about 4 years. Due to COVID, I don't feel safe going to the gym, so I have gained some weight. I am 67 y.o. I try very hard to have a healthy low carb diet. Last A1C was 6.9, but I'd like to do better. BTW, your suggestions for diet are very helpful. My doctor wants me to take Jardiance instead of Metformin. But I have read about terrible side effects from Jardiance & Farxiga. Trulicity is out because I am being treated for retinopathy and it says if you have retinopathy, you should not take it. I am also afraid the Jardiance will wear out my kidneys. What is your opinion? Thank you.

    • @roadrunner381
      @roadrunner381 ปีที่แล้ว

      I just got off of jardiance because it dehydrated me to where my mouth dried and made my lips crack and burn, plus it did make my kidneys sore, I didn't drink enough water, but I don't wanna take a medicine that's gonna harm my kidneys, good health to you!👍

    WOW-WOW!!! I have learned much from your presentation, as evidenced by my jotting-down sufficient notes. These notes include the three classifications that you gave with its names and the benefits along with its side effects.
    There was one question though, the third classification of diabetic medicines was not clear in that, as it would appear to me, you did not give Group 3 it’s name classification as you did with Class 1 & 2 ie, for Class 2 you mentioned, “SGLT-2 inhibitors,” but what was the 3rd Class?
    Many thanks! Semper Fi
