Make a White Gummy bear Shot

Let's make a White Gummy Bear Shot, but give it the craft cocktail treatment. Instead of flavored vodka, let's create our own raspberry flavor with real raspberries.
4-5 raspberries
3/4 ounce (22.5 ml) simple syrup
3/4 ounce (22.5 ml) lemon juice
2 ounces (60 ml) vodka
1 ounce (30 ml) peach schnapps
top with sparkling water
Combine the raspberries, simple, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker. Muddle and then add the vodka and peach schnapps. Add ice and shake for 20 seconds. Double strain into some rocks glasses. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a raspberry or a white gummy bear. Cheers!
