(Japanese cocktail total Volume is half than the usual Drink, so i added to most Measures; Also recipes change between books and bars, so the recipes are just an aproximation or the average recipe)

    45 Ml Grapefruit Juice (pale)
    ↑Top With Tonic Water
    1 Tsp Blue Curaçao

I work as a bartender at PF Changs and the guests love suntory whiskey and haku vodka .we use the giant ice cube a sugar cube bitters and suntory to make a japanese old fashioned. We also top with hickory water vapor with a flavor blaster and throw a cap on so it smokes when you open amd has a slight hickory flavor. We also fresh press ginger everyday to make our own ginger beer.

I would really love to see an episode about national spirits like akvavit, rakija or palinka, either a review or experimenting with cocktails :)

Lovely looking and I'm sure tasting drinks Vlad. The Suntory spirts are next level. Roku gin in a G&T with a slice of ginger will be unbeatable this coming summer
