Believe it is as he has some hearing loss.

Is he not listening or is that enhanced hearing?

I'm sure he's also nervous as well as hard of hearing

seriously, if he is convicted he needs to blame his lawyer. except for the lawyer in his wife's trial, i haven't heard a lawyer be so confusing, long winded and asking questions that the witness would have to guess at. ie: "so most people would think that is wrong. we would agree on that?" who cares if they agree. the witness can't say what some else feels or doesn't feel.
i can only imagine how confused the jurors are having to listen to her and try and figure out what she is getting at.
and two of the witnesses i've watched today have had very confused looks on their faces and have had to ask to have the question repeated more then once.
    very frustrating to watch that.
and near the end here, i feel like she is arguing with the witness...
    🤷‍♀

She should work some more hours. Men should not go to court without an attorney because this mediator is acting like her attorney

Does this guy get choked up daily while working on this case, or just when he’s on the stand?

Or maybe he’s a human being who has an emotional reaction whenever he’s asked to describe the brutal and senseless murders of children. Maybe he’s NOT a gun loving American freak, who thinks that children being hunted and slaughtered in schools is just an unfortunate side effect of the Second Amendment. 🤷‍♀️

Do you genuinely believe first responders and law enforcement don't have emotional responses when remembering or recounting the stuff they see and experience? Could you look at the bodies of murdered children and talk about it like it was a regular old Tuesday?
