@@bluefidle I do not think more than half of all parents would ignore their child's cry for mental health treatment. Of those who would ignore the cries for help, I do not think most of them would go out and by that same child a lethal weapon and then leave both the gun and ammunition unlocked and accesible to the child.
It’s easy to understand why the parents of Ethan’s friend snatched their son and ran in the middle of the night, leaving no notice? What parent would see the gruesome disturbing messages Ethan was sending to their child wouldn’t run away from this kid? Ethan was trying to bring his friend to the dark side.
It's really sad. Parents cared more for their drug problem than their own kid. Instead of getting help for him. They choose to go on the run with 5 viles of stimulants. You know why? They didn't want to get off drugs. If they went to jail bye-bye Adderall and Xanax. Just imagine if they held their son as tightly as they held those pills?
4:45 One would think in his position, he would be more detailed oriented or think to document his every move for this very reason...Trial. Not sure admitting on the stand you are forgetful was a wise move. I bet that made the prosecutors cringed when he said that. The defense will use your lack of recollection against you & it will make jurors question your credibility. Also, why has he sat with the prosecution table like an intern during all of James & Jennifers trial?
Do you see the tenant of 130 is directing James Crumbley where to park. That’s enough evidence shows the tenant of 130 is harboring criminal. Why hasn’t the tenant been arrested
I hope he’s also found guilty. There’s bad parenting and then there’s gross neglect. They need to be held accountable
More than half the parents would be in jail

Well it makes sense to be upfront about everything he is not %100 certain is true, to avoid mistrial.
That is called being believable. For me it would increase hiss credibility.
Hmmm, wonder how well this is gonna go

A cover for the ear listening piece.

If the children are with him more why wouldn't they consider it. The judge doesn't have to treat the dad like an idiot. It should be fair.
