Wow! All the years I have been crocheting, and I never knew to do the cinching up at the beginning like that (with a chain). I learned to do the MC and thought that was the only way to close that hole. Brilliant! I am 75yo so I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks after all. 😉 Love this tote. Now I know what to use my scraps of yarn on, should look pretty interesting. Thank you for sharing this with us. God Bless you 😘
So happy I can help, it really is such a simple technique and yet not really used alot?!! Glad you found it useful. Have fun making your scrappy tote, lots of colours is always so much fun! Enjoy
Thank you! 😊 So glad you like it, and yes it is a nice compact square with lots of colour. I love making these on the go, since they are so small! Thanks for watching
Do you have any videos on making clothing with your granny squares? I noticed on some of your videos you have them in the background and they are beautiful! I would love to see a tutorial on this from you because everything you do looks so professional.
I’m using #4 Premier anti pilling. I don’t know how your centers look so nice and neat. Look like wagon wheels. I thought I crocheted tight, but I evidently don’t. What is your secret? I thought for sure you were using a 3 or a cotton.
I am using a #4, I usually do a magic ring so I can pull it up tight and not have a hole in the center or if I use a ch foundation, I darn the yarn around the center to pull it up. Does that help? otherwise maybe try going down a hook size, you may just be a loose crocheter and this will firm up your stitches a little bit. Good Luck and Enjoy!
I am using a 5 mm usually used a 6.5 so I thought this was little. I don’t use magic circle but I wrap the loose end around like Crystal from BOD says and it pulls up tightly like magic circle. I will keep on keeping on. I crochet tightly. Will keep working on it. You are such an inspiration.
That last stitch with the invisible join! That is some kind of magic! ❤❤❤
Glad you like it.

Lovely! Frame, by frame, clear and precise. Jane… didn’t realize how itty bitty this square is…so cute! ❤❤❤

Great video. Very easy to follow. I've made about ten of those tiny squares so far. Oh this may be the 4 rounds that I'm thinking of. Great job! 😀
Glad it was helpful!
You have the best instructions!! So clear and concise. 👏❤️ I’m going to use this square for my daughter’s blanket.
Thanks so much, good luck on your blanket, she is a lucky girl!
You are so inspirational. I’m on holiday and binge watching your videos. Can’t wait to get home and check out my yarn stash and make these. 😊🇬🇧😘
Awesome, so glad you like the videos, have fun on vacay and then even more fun when you get how to your yarn stash!
You do the best tutorials! I’m so glad I found you!
Glad you like them! Thanks so much for watching and for your kind words.

I have not made any tutorials on them yet, but they are in the works. Stay tuned! Thanks for watching.
@@jspcreate I definitely will! Anxiously watching and waiting 😂
The wool colour in this project are very attractive...
Thanks, I love the blues and greens with a touch of browns, a bit like an ocean scene

Precioso ❗️ 💖
Thank you
Nice hands:
No claw like nails, with dark green nail polish: one can't tell which is which....the wool colour
or the scary colour nail polish.
Well thank you, I do a lot of crafty stuff and find the only way to go for me is short nails lol.
