    Love this square. Nice addition to an otherwise boring granny square. Thanks for the demo. You give very clear instructions.

    Very nice tutorial, very clear. Question; How did you join these together for your pillow/afghan, is that included in the written instructions? Thank you Jane, I have truly been enjoying your tutorials.

      Thanks so much. I used a simple whip stitch to join these squares for the pillow. You could use other methods depending on the look you want. I have a playlist of joining methods on my channel as well. The pattern for the pillow has the square instructions, chart and the pillow diagram with full colour layout as well as the border instructions, but the join is just a whip stitch in this case. My whip stitch join tutorial would show how to work that. Hope this helps, thanks for watching.

    How do I do just half a square in 1 colour, a rectangle

    • @jspcreate
      @jspcreate  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I don't have this written up, but the basic idea would be to just work the first half of each rnd. You could work back and forth or you could fasten off at the end of each rnd and join again back at the beginning. Hope that helps. 😊

      Thanks for the suggestion, I may have to work this one up into a new tutorial, it was an earlier one I made, back when I was trying to cut the time of the videos down. Since then I move slower and show more. 😊
