That's what I'd like to know too. And how water resistant it is as well. There's no real such thing as waterproof with fabric but there are certainly degrees.
The tents are waterproof as for the wind... yeah not so great. I tried 5lbs weights at each end tied down and it still can take off. I've had to use sand bags now at each end about 15-20 lbs. I haven't had a problem since using sandbags to hold it down.
I got the connect modified for a slant leg canopy. Im in Tennessee also. Its not bad, a little loose, but its like a small bedroom off the canopy. I have a full screen enclosure and two side walls , with a tarp set up for a front wall. The idea was to have an entire area to set up a inside cooking and seating area, to have full camping in our rain. So that my camping trips will still be enjoyable. The canopy idea is good, because you can really stake it down and gives a solid structure to build on. I cover with good military camo netting, the layers added on and you can build more ...helps keep heat in if using mr buddy heaters. The whole idea was a more sturdy structure in case SHTF and that is concealable. The grey is good for stealth because its a sold color, the red i was uncertain. But this side connectent isnt bad, a bit loose, yet I fit a cot a small table , it has a floor, so a carpet, and space for a few totes if stacked up. So far, It hasnt gotten wet from rain, some condensation but thats any tent. I use to open canopy room area for living, cooking, relaxing. I have a full solar power energy system and 12v 100 am batteries, so have full continuous power for my laptop, smart tv, usb lights, because of a mr buddy heater, i can pretty much live year round in this set up, to add Ive also build in a wood burning tent stove, the stove jack through the canopy, which it could be 0 degrees out, but if fire is going, its nice and toasty through the tent. With 12v electric and solar , Ive made this similar to a RV that I can put all in my car. So call it car glamping.
Thought about doing the same thing, but I only have 2 separate (I'll them pods). But now I have the tent 10x10 tent. I want to get a 10x20 canopy and connect the pods on the other half.
You can buy separate ones. I have the the L one and the stand alone. It's the Ozark sold at Walmart. I personally prefer the L one. Also just a heads up if you buy the 'walls' for attachments get the zipper ones. I got the velcro ones and i had to find something to fit the gaps to keep the bugs completely out. Let me know if you have any other questions.

I love the fixablity of this camping set up. I am thinking about buying it for my household for Medieval summer camp
Medieval summer camp o_0 what's the website/name of the palce?
Now this is really nice!
It is nice to have all the space, and my older kids can have their privacy.
We love this channel! New sub, great videos!
What's the wind rating on that type of set up?

That's incredible! You have an amazing setup. Thanks for watching!

Let me know how the 10x20 works if you get that!
There's a video for that
Just bought the same setup cant wait to use it!!
Awesome! Can't wait to hear what you think! Have fun!
Love the new tent! I think we need to take this setup to Disney's Fort Wilderness!! But don't go in the summer! 😅💦
That sure would be hot!
I’m doing 2 10x20 pop ups with a total of 3 of the 8 man tents added to it. Will be using it at least twice ion the near future
That's awesome! That's a huge amount of space. I hope you have a great time!
great idea, Tim! How about a snapshot or slow pan of the project-in-progress?
Would you be able to use the screen room aswell as the third tent?
Do you have to buy the corner one or can you use 3 separate tents? I like the idea of having all 3 separate. Thanks

Can you share your meeting doors and how they work? Maybe a link where I may purchase it. I love your details in videos.

Could you fit a queen size inflatable mattress? I know they can fit a full.
We **think** so. We have fit two cots next to each other in the widest leg.
Yes you can. I have an iflatable queen i use in mine. It can be a close fit though.a few inches on both sides free.
I had a queen size air mattress plenty of room
Sorry if this has already been asked. What is the total footprint all together?
The regular 2 sided tent shows 16.8 x 16.8 ft floor size. I'm not sure with the extra 3rd room
First down pour all you'll have left is a bunch of huge water balloons and destruction.
Been there done that.
👍👍👍
Thanks for watching!
I want to go camping with yall
We love it! Thanks for watching!
Beautiful for a sunny day, but…. If rains for sure NOT good idea, the rain will be all at the doors/over the tents so…. Not good for Florida State
