- Located north of downtown Yangon, Inya Lake is a beautiful place where locals come to relax and watch the sunset. With it being close to the University of Yangon, as well as Myanmar Plaza, it's a hot spot among students for romantic evenings. We’ve enjoyed utilizing the walking and running paths around the lake, as well as the fitness parks with the beautiful natural surroundings.

Amazing video! You deserve more subscribers. But one thing, inya lake is not the biggest lake in Myanmar. Inle lake is. It’s in central myanmar and a very popular tourist destination. Y’all should visit. Happy journey 🎉 😊

My home when I was still in Yangon is pretty close to the lake. I used to go to the lake in the evening quite often. But the place has changed so much.
I used to live on Pyay Road, about 10 minutes walk away from Inya Lake. I would often go swimming there with my dog or with my buddies....those were the days. And yes, at that time it was also a romantic spot for young lovers and I am not surprised it still is. However, the driving range or the fitness area were not there. It's a shame all the practice golf balls fall into the waters of the lake and pollute it. Those boats picking up the balls must be kept quite busy. Best place to watch the sunset? For me, it was at the Sailing Club (members and guests only) not far from where you guys were. The bar at the club is right on the water and one could have a scenic view of the lake/sunset over a beer or two, or three.

By far. My favorite is Jimbaran Bay in bali. Was in bali at the 13 to 16 september. Which is last month. The view is majestic. Already miss Bali. I promise to my self I will return to Bali.

That lake has 2 side(i mean 2 lake borders), idk how to explain but I will tell you. That side you guys had been was Kabaraye road side. There is another border of that lake at Pyay road which is more closer to Yangon University and more beautiful. As I am a Yangon University student Pyay road border of the lake is where I used to chill with my friends
Oh, nice :) Yes, this side was close to where we were staying, so it was just a quick walk for us. We did visit Yangon University as well but did not go to the other side of the lake.
The Ferris wheel recently shut down but i've been on it before and its really scary!
1:37 no, it is not the largest lake. You are confusing between InLe lake and this, Inya Lake. Even then, the largest lake is In Daw Gyi Lake, which is in Kachin State.

Is yangon stay raining ? Other part of myanmar is starting winter and cold . Sunset or Sunrise is better to watch in bagan (mandalay region). Kandawgyi park is very good for u guys.

Wait hold on, i doubt that this is the biggest lake in Myanmar. And for, the ferris wheel it actually ran and i remembered riding it when I was young. And the road crossing u did in the beginning was like one of the most dangerous in Yangon

So now we know zebra crossing means nothing to motorists in Yangon.
This is true nowadays and it is so sad that pedestrians do not have the right of way anymore when crossing a street in Yangon. This was not the case before as traffic jams did not exist in the past. With a growing economy, more people can buy cars in Myanmar now, hence, more traffic on the roads, more pollution and reckless driving.
