@Andrew Whyte yup I think so too, all the girls on his channels are definitely not bar girls, they either with families of the elite or high society or maybe @eatsleepyangon runs a sort of english teacher agency or language school that's why all the women he features are very young and have quite high proficiency in english.

Cindy got only a chocolate drink for conducting the tour of this hotel? She certainly deserves more, hahaha! By the way, is she Burmese? (If she is, I commend her English which is excellent!)

This is not a sponsored video. As far as I know Cindy is 100% Burmese. She learnt her perfect American English by attending International school and spending 2 years in the US.
@@EatSleepYangon That's what I thought, as you know, I live in the US and there are a lot of Burmese (I am using 'Burmese' here as a general term for all the people of Myanmar, as there are over 100 ethnic groups in the country) living here too, particularly in California. I'm not surprised about her English but it's probably because she had a good foundation from attending an International school, as having lived 2 years in the US doesn't necessarily make one speak English fluently. But wait, why all the focus on Cindy's looks and not on the hotel, LOL!
Hi Cho Sett. I could have filmed the hotel just me walking around the rooms filming so-called "dead space". If I had done that the video would max have been 3-4 minutes and probably not many views. Having Cindy in the video makes it more interesting to watch - it livens up the hotel surroundings.
I was reminded that Myanmar was once controlled by Britain. So maybe why the good English. Also, a Burmese girl in Thailand told me they teach it in the schools.
I didn't feel like watching the heart of Rangoon...the hotel is nice and decent though but we don't know the price any. I recently came back to the US from paying visitation to my hometown indeed. I'd spent a week in Rangoon before i came back to the US. Thanks

Hi Lonnie - the hotel only has a total of about 32 rooms so it wouldn't be swarming with guests even at full capacity. We did see one guest. Over the fence at the rooftop the Loft apartment next to the one we filmed had someone staying there.

Thanks for your kind words, Nanpya. However, the hotel cannot be blamed. I contacted the hotel via email to ask permission to film inside their premises. I actually emailed ALL the hotels in the area and out of those 30 emails only 3 wrote me back. One was G hotel (which I have already made a video about) then Loft Hotel and the last one is a budget hotel which I will soon release a video about as well. I think credit goes to Loft hotel for taking advantage of the opportunity I offered them to feature their hotel. The other 27 who did not reply probably did so out of rigid company policies, laziness, ignorance or inertia. I appreciate the opportunity to film inside hotels like The Loft. Yes it certainly promotes them but also gives me interesting material for a video. My channel is called Eat - Sleep - Yangon because that is my focus: Where to eat and where to sleep in the wonderful city of Yangon.
@@EatSleepYangon Ok :) I read before that many of the expensive hotels are owned by the military regime, so if you care about the democracy and the people, you should not stay there. But ofcourse, I dont know about this place :)

why do you think she is myanamr chinese lol. I think she is Burmese-shan due to her accents/ other ethnic minorities such as Kachin/wa. She could be Bamar. Myanmar is highly diverse.

I don't know who it belongs to but last I checked their loft style apartment cost $100 per night - not $1000.
