The neighbour knows she saw the name on those packages.. they both may not like each other but thats a federal offence here in Aus I guess it's the same for the US?
I sometimes get a bunch of Amazon packages and let them sit here for several days before i open them. it is highly possible I could get one for a neighbor and notice for up to a week.
