Anyone that signs a birth certificate and is proven not to be the father should be able to have their name removed automatically!!
Bio dad and legal dad is two different things. If the man leaves and another man wants the baby he can be the legal father. So he has rights to the child and cant abandon the child. If your not sure ask for a DNA test right then in the hospital.

Ali Alahmad What I am stating is basically if a woman tells her husband, boyfriend , one night stand or whatever that he is the Dad but let's say she has been cheating. If he is not the real father and someone else is he should not be legally obligated to pay because he signed a birth cert! If he is attached to the child and still wants to provide that's fine! However some men are jailed behind not paying support for a child that is not theirs!
@@shannab8015 nah, it's free but you probably have to pay for a paternity test. I went through it years ago. Test said I'm not the father, went to family court to clear my name. Actually I don't think I was removed from the birth certificate, I would have to do that myself. This just protected me from future child support and stuff........but at the end of the day, I chose to still be in my daughter's life. Now she's in medical school

That should really only make sense if there’s proof she cheated around conception, which she claimed she didn’t and there’s no proof that she did. People make mistakes and she doesn’t seem like a bad person just really lost and naive. I think it’s just the fact he was really demeaning and rude about it. It makes sense that he has doubts since she’s cheated before but you don’t need to go about it like he did.

In some states the law won't allow a man to do a paternity test on a child without the mothers aproval. Therefore you need to go to court to get a judge to issue the paternity test. And then you can hopefully not pay child support for 18 years. Hopefully

Cellphone tracking is one of the best thing to happen to people theses days. We are fast losing trust in people. Don't rely too much on people. Rather be on the watch and don't be on the losing end. No one really deserves to be cheated upon. Be it spouses, partners, casual friends, co workers and even your sibling. You can catch your spouse\partner red-handed by spying and hacking into their phones/device. The way I see it is this, commitment comes before marriage, and thus it can exist outside of marriage.
Unless, a person is committed to be with you for the long haul, he will not marry you. The moment he/she makes up his/her mind to be committed, the next chapter is what I call a formality, marriage.
The danger most people make is to think that the formality is what hold people together or it is some kind of a safety net, in reality it is the mind of the people involved that does.
I would encourage anyone to look for a person who is willing to be committed, not necessarily married.
It is not to say that marrying before carrying is not good, it is better than having a child in a situationship.
