You’re like the lofi girl but for vlogs - it’s calming to watch your days or weekends. If it meant that you vlogged the same self care Sunday but with one minute change - I did not care, I lived for the calming effect you brought! There’s so much stimulus going on in the world that it’s nice to just hear great lofi music to really calming and wholesome things you do. I remember when I first came across your page, I was going through the most stressful time of my life and just watching you cook or get coffee just helped me wind down. Sometimes it’s not about keeping up but being unique and you definitely are so please continue with sticking to your authenticity because it works ❤

The main reason I started watching your videos is because it’s you. You’re real. You don’t over explain, complain, or criticize like other TH-camrs do. Like I’m pretty sure you’re a person who has those thoughts about certain topics but it’s not like you say them and then dismiss them. You talk and go through it, like with the podcast. the little chats do fit perfectly in your videos ! you just living your normal life (whether it seems perfect/ aesthetic or not) doesn't matter. (for the matter it's even more pleasant when it's 100% natural style bcs it's clearly more relatable). I think we can feel it when you film content that you like sharing. You don’t need to do anything different Alia! Your videos are already so you and that’s why your channel is one of my favourites of all times. I always treat every video as a mini treasure and reserve it for a moment I know I can really enjoy it or when I need a pick me up. I love how the day-to-day things are portrayed with love and that they always leave me feeling a bit happier with my life. You can definitely see your touch on it and I think that’s what makes them so especial. You shared on one of the pod episodes that you sometimes doubted if the things you perceived as cool were actually cool. Please keep showing what you actually want to show! It makes the people that we also consider it “cool” or “worth to show” less alone💛💛

I moved from Seattle to Australia when I was 7. We are around the same age so watching you live a life I’d similarly live if I’d stayed in Seattle is so interesting. I look forward to your videos every week because they feel like a nostalgic hug from home. I’m sure I can speak for many when I say you feel like hanging out with a friend, and real friends never look at each other thinking “you need a little change, you need to be a little more interesting” we just want to keep hanging out. ❤️

This was one of my favorite vlogs !! I really loved your chat about your visual diaries and not sharing so much of the chatty parts of you! It's funny because your insicurity of not being cool or unique or always needing to do different things kind of makes me feel insecure when I watch youtubers or influencers on IG. I'm like why isnt my life as interesting as theirs, why am i not going to different coffee shops every week and going to stores and restaurants. And in reality I think as much as I love your esthetic and your visual vlogs, I love even more just relating to you and feeling like i'm listening to a friend while watching a youtube video, that's why I LOVE the pod, I love listening to you and Yoni and laughing because I relate so much to you guys!
